I think Turkey's Navtex is a result of Greek provocation, but we don't hear anyone telling Greeks to layoff the provocations.

Nothing wrong in doing research at own seas that is close to your coastline. The side who has drawn fantasy maps to declare EEZ on a sea locating hundreds of km away from its mainland is doing provocation. Ask them to stay away from Turkish coasts and stop illegally arm the islands close to Turkish mainland. With this way, so called tension that was created by Greeks will be lowered.

The Swedish Air Force Gulfstream S102B “Korpen” (12003) Electronic Intelligence plane arrived yesterday in Souda Bay AB made today its first mission over eastern Mediterranean Sea.

Based in Souda Bay the aircraft is so far from home to acquire new baseline data for Russian assets (S-400 missile system) deployed in Syria.
We’ve already tracked a korpen over eastern Mediterranea Sea on May 2018, April 2019 and on October 2019.

This doesn't count, the submarine knows it is detected, either snorkeling or conducting SATCOM.
I earlier said, if you ever detect a submarine which is submerged - and can track it, you wouldn't announce it or engage it.
