The details remain unknown yet Pyongyang Broadcast Service of DPRK channel in youtube has uploaded strange videos which is also known as instruction sets for agents in offshore deployments, similar to what has been in use since cold war ear through radio frequency relays.
In addition to the videos, which has been deleted shortly after uploaded - or hidden, the channel updates its "about" section daily which hints providing hashes for secret codes, a community driven self effort provided in a github page:

however,it is also thought these secret codes might be intended to dodge the attention of international actors allowing DPRK agents to operate freely.
