According to Anatolia Intel the terrorists survived the strike but are wounded. Anatolia Intel says that in the 3 operations held in Qamishli and Kirkuk, PKK members managed to survive because the ammunition did not hit/do little damage.

Is it possible that we talk about a new UAV ammunition being used in the last surgical strikes that aims to minimize collateral damage?
Our most basic UCAV has 4 weapons pylons for 4 smart guided bombs, if one is missed there's a second, third or fourth smart bomb and possibly another UCAV on standby loitering nearby with four more. If MIT wants them deceased, they would be. We've seen plenty of footage of secondary engagements.
The most basic minimal collateral damage smart bomb would be as simple as adding a block of concrete instead of an actual warhead, that's what the US and Israel used for years. With US recently using the Hellfire variant with blades (R9X) - I don't think we've caught up to that level just yet. Perhaps MAM-L with a block of concrete.
