There is no better time for an operation.

"We have massed tens of thousands of personnel in Syria, we have laid out all kinds of equipment, including air defense systems, and we have more than 60,000 rebels at our disposal. We are sitting there hoping that 500 young people in Deir ez-Zor will block the road and burn tires"

Small scale defections don't mean anything, these groups defected from FSA before. They will defect again, the tribals are fickle.

news : 20 members of the SDF militia announce their defection in Basira east of Dair El Zoor and they are from the al-Shaitat clan

The issue are not the Kurds but PKK and SDF and all who simp the US and Russia

Mr RTE is meeting Putin at Sochi soon and likely has no appetite. The SNA whose goal it is to fight Assad are too busy looting their areas and fighting each other over loot.

Tribals are the only ones fighting, haha.

  • Arab Tribes are continuing taking villages and towns from YPG in the Deir ez-Zor region.
  • In Manbij region, fighting continues and more tribal forces are arriving.
  • In the Tel-Tamr direction, tribal forces are arriving and preparing for attacks.

From Deir ez-Zor region, all these american supplied vehicles are going up in flames.

Situation map in Dier Ez-Zor. This uprising is real and Turkiye must support with Intel and drone strikes. This is the golden opportunity to end PKK in Syria.

Most of the region is already under rebel control.

Support how ?

The moment the tribals secede from America's project Assad and Iran will take over.

The best outcome for the tribals is they get autonomy in the SDF project, which is just another re-branding of the PKK project. SDF will remain. Even the conflict right now is just Arab components of the SDF with Arab tribals, both which are hostile to Turkey and fought Turkey in previous operation. Conflict is still limited in scope.

There's no route to send weapons to Deir Ez Zor without invading from above and this will require an operation where there is no greenlight. Erdogan doesn't have the courage to proceed with an operation. The SNA are useless on their own for very clear reasons.

Also the Arabs gaining autonomy in the SDF legitimises the PKK project, this is bad for Turkey, good for America. Probably America is encouraging this.
