Seems so, but it’s difficult to say if this is from today and not past few days

one tweet says attacks are continuing one says no ucav attacks

so unless we see massive propoganda from western news I am not inclined to believe those who says we are still bombing.
The West is busy with the Israel-Palestine conflict so they do not care what's happening in Syria. what I find to be more of a sign is that that opperations have stopped is that the Turkish news stopped covering it and Erdogan has begun to talk about two-state solutions thus showing that he is trying to distract the public away from Syria.

My guess is that the US came down hard on him thus the operations stopped.

Turkish air strikes continue 6 targets are hit. One of them is a gas field (Avde gas field) and the other one is an underground bunker. The underground bunker is hit with an NEB-T bunker buster thermobaric bomb. Intelligence reports 3 high-level terrorists inside the bunker when it was destroyed.

TAF hit the Girdahol oil field near Al-Hasakah.
Blood donation announcements were made from the Al-Malikiyah hospital. It seems like a lot of terrorists died inside the bunker.

TAF hit the YPG Asayish center.

I'm glad that I was wrong about the operations being stopped or halted. Does anyone think that we're doing the cleaning slowly to not raise outcry to mass slaughtering claims ?

Like how Israel squeezes the life and land from Palestinians slowly and not in Hitler style to reduce the backlash from UN ?

Something along those lines ?

Wasn't Idlib largely controlled by HTS?

Also is the air campaign still ongoing against the YPG?

Yes, HTS controls it but they allow Turkish bases. Turkish bases are there to prevent ground military operations by Assad and prevent another million refugees from coming to TR.

But Assad can just bomb the cities to rubble without a ground operation. All the money AKP spent on infrastructure or housing for returning refugees is wasted.

For Erdogan to be able to bomb the YPG areas it seems he has a deal with Assad/Putin to allow Assad to bomb the civilians in HTS and SNA areas.

It's a trade, because of Russian/Syrian power. Erdogan no longer believes the rebels can win, so he just keeps them around for a seat at the table when the future of Syria is decided in peace with Assad. They're just leverage, but every year that leverage gets smaller. They are bodies to be traded and they are there to protect the borders. That's why they are paid a salary.

I think this is a losing strategy, as we've watched the SNA fail completely in governance and HTS has taken over lots of their land. We list HTS as terrorists, so this also weakens our hand as we cannot work with them.

Turkiye is considering a ground operation in Syria. The main target is Ain Al Arab.
This is the 90th time they are considering a ground operation

As long as the US and Russia doesnt allow it, Turkey wont antagonise them and go in for now

So, it is Syrian national amry Military police directorate,
Jarabulus branch. And their notice/declaration.

Date 10/10/2023

They are demanding evacuation of all farming land along the Euphrates bank that falls within the PKK administered territory in rakka (I am not sure if they meant rakka by مدينة الشيوخ, but I think it is) within 24 hours of the declaration date.

Anybody fails to comply would be held responsible and face judiciary.

Forgive me if I am being little skeptical.
But previous operations also started with astonishing tactical success from the air. I have no doubt in TSK's capability.

But everytime, unfortunately Türkiye failed to transform tactical success into strategic gain.

Without follow through with boots on the ground, it is unlikely to happen. But previously due to the pressure from West, Turkish leadership backed down from ground assault few times despite making various promises.

With the recent changes in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of National Defence, National Intelligence Organization the situation is a bit different. Of course everything depends on the political leader which is the president. Both Hakan Fidan and Ibrahim Kalin have very big influence on his opinion. Time will show.

Kalin is not going to push for an operation, he's a bureaucrat

Contrary to the belief Ibrahim Kalin was one of the initiator of one of the big operations in the north of Syria. There are many jokes in the community regarding taking him only 15-30 minutes to change the decision to 180 degrees.
