Should be some kind of retaliation but not everything is just black and white like some people in this forum is trying to portray it. In the end of the day its a matter for the dawla. Pressure from the people will push the turkish leaders to retaliate. Erdogan is no fool like this goat is trying to portray him. We have to remember that the matters of goverment stays within the goverment, we as laymen dont have every information about everything. Its so many cards that are been played with right now and dont seem like turkey wants to halt her development. What do you think?

No he is a fool, Mr "I was deceived"

Any sane mind knew that it was dumb to join the american war against Assad. Because the americans are not about removing Assad so a Turkish friendly government take over. They are about divide and conquer and every single step of the way in which Turkey tried to intervene the americans threatened Turkey not to.

It was obvious that weakening assad was about allowing the kurdistan project to form. Everything we have seen has been towards that, everything. The kurdistan project is planned for Turkey too.

To think this feto fool was pushing the pkk and kurdistan within Turkey herself too not so long ago.

All these islamists with western affiliations must be tried in courts for treason at a minimum.

To think Turkey did most of the work in supporting the rebels, bore all of the cost including endless terrorism, millions of refugees, not to mention media campaigns painting Turkey as Isis and the extreme communist terrorists, the female genital mutilation pkk kurds are heroes of western democracy.

Everything about syria was a fiasco that the ak party idiots including that massive idiot who erdogan even made prime minisiter, davutoglu created a disaster for Turkey.

How people defend such incompetence is despicable.

As far as Syria is concerned, enough is enough. If the Russian trouble makers want war in Syria its time to go all the way. Thats the only way you stop the Russians causing you trouble again in Syria. The Russians are opposing Turkey in every field, they are more hostile to Turkish geopolitical interests then even the PKK supporting americans are. To think we spent years listening to the idiot islamists talking about alliances with Russia.

No enough is enough and the Turkish people in Turkey must be made aware of whats to come. You let the Russians and the Americans control the ppk north of Syria and they will create hell for us in many decades to come. You don't take a step back.

Both Russia and the USA have a vested interest in the creation of PKKIstan, it allows them to divide the region and to control the region. Hence why when Turkey first moved into Syria both the USA and Russia co-ordinated their moves together to block Turkey in.

We can't deal with the USA head right now, so lets deal with the Russians head on first.

The Russians are building our first nuclear powerplant and training our scientists. We are now negotiating for a second batch of S400.

So we have two choices.

1. Do nothing and let Russia win this by pulling back. Assad can take Idlib and we can take 3 million refugees extra (this would produce more crying seculair Turkish gays that they cant find work because of cheap Syrian labour). Russian tourists will continue coming for vacation, no problem.

2. Remind our Ottoman war history and take the gloves off and bomb Assad's palace, bomb the S300's in Damascus, bomb the Tiger Squad and their commanders in Aleppo, bomb the Hezbollah militias, bomb the YPG, bomb the Wagner mercenaries, bomb them all in one night and show them that Turkey fears nobody, not even a nuclaer powered Russia. Show them that killing our troops has a price.

Exactly - option 2 is the logical one with Turkey's firepower. Assad is weak and can't do shit. If Russia directly target Turkish troops in Syria, Turkey can easily kill all Russian in Syria as retaliation. If Russia attacks Turkish mainland, NATO will come into play.

Take Aleppo, Homs, Hama and Damascus back. Those cities belong to Turkey anyways and will be better managed under Turkish administration. Assad's shitty militia would crumble in hours when facing a TAF thrust.

Doubt about NATO but Turkey is the one who can remove russia and that is something which should be done in case it escalates, I believe the TSK has also access to these nukes in case the russians have dumb ideas and if not it would justify the TSK for developing them.

Option 3: Take the entire north and destroy anything that enters that region as if its entering Turkey directly. Tell Russia that if they attack this region Turkey will remove Assad and remove their only reason for being in Syria.

But we all know erdogan is a pussy who loves the big life, mansions, private jets, kids sent to private expensive american schools etc. All that time wasted in polarising the nation between Islamism and secularism, but when it comes to war and geopolitics, things that actually matter to the sovereignty of the state, nothing but a stupid pussy.

That day the Russians openly killed the Turkish troops should have been the end of the Turkish Russian relationship, nah he wanted to beg for a meeting so he could be globally humilated and exposed as a weak fool. All these so called Islamists that love to have a white christians take shit on them. Imagine they don't stfu about secular minded people in Turkey, meanwhile "putin is my good friend". Shamefull.

Rent a Patriot system from one of the Nato Allies > Create a no fly zone over Idlib > beat the shit out of ruskies if they ever bomb Turkish Soldiers > Then do diplomacy

If Russians bomb one Turkish base, Turkey should obliterate 10 Syrian bases.. This is what they understand.

NATO won't come into play ever even if Russia targets the Turkish Grand National Assembly. What will happen is, a lot of NATO members will reject the invoking of article 5 in favor of Turkey and NATO will dissolve.

When Turkey downed the Russian jet most of NATO swung to Russia's side. At the end of the day Turks are seen as Muslims and outsiders. Just like the Anglo world recently screwed the French, there is a racist angle to geopolitics and diplomacy that operates in the background.
