They already turned communist extremists into heroes and fighters of western liberties and freedom. "The most effective fighting force". A bunch of cowardly communist terrorists were picked over Turkey. Thats because the long term goal is obvious, the balkanisation of Turkey.

Oh really? But when Erdogan and his followers says that Turkey is under attack (dış güçler) you and your fellow t-bonesteak-socialists are laughing your asses of.

Erdogan is the biggest traitor of Turkish history along with Damat Ferit and Vahdettin.

Go wash your mouth with chemical soap. Sultan Vahdettin was responsible for Turkey's independence. He gave M.K. the orders to start the campaign. After the liberation, the secularists betrayed him.

This happens when you learn history from your local sheikh.

Vahdettin couldnt even wipe his ass on his own. He was licking British asshole to stay in Istanbul and act as a British governor. As long as his ass remained on a decorated throne he was fine with Turkish people being subjugated.

Even his photos show how much of lame coward he was, you can see it on his face.

I really wonder if you could say any of this to Ataturks face.

Vahdettin was a coward and a shit leader.

But people should not expect him to turn the country around when the empire he was given was nothing more than dead.

You have a lot of people blaming him for the collapse when he became sultan the empire was dead and under invasion. No chance of turning it around.

My biggest problem was vahdettin did not grab a gun and shoot some invaders ass but trusted his Damat too much.

Russian jets bomb rebel-held Idlib in Syria, witnesses say

AMMAN, Jan 2 (Reuters) - Russian jets bombed areas near the northwestern Syrian city of Idlib on Sunday, witnesses and rebel sources said, marking a new year flare-up for the last opposition-held bastion.
War planes flying at high altitude, which tracking centres said were Russian Sukhoi jets, dropped bombs on several towns and a main water pumping station serving the overcrowded city of Idlib, whose wider population is more than a million.

No immediate comment was available from Russia or the Syrian army, which says it targets the hideouts of militant groups who control the region but deny any attacks on civilians.

An official at the city's water utility service said it was out of action as a result of the strikes.

A senior U.N. official who confirmed the water station was "badly damaged" in an air strike said such attacks worsened the humanitarian plight of millions of displaced Syrians.
"Continued destruction of civilian infrastructure will only cause more suffering of civilians. Attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure must stop," U.N. deputy regional humanitarian coordinator Mark Cutts said in a tweet.

Witnesses said the strikes in the last 24 hours in the rebel-held enclave also hit livestock and poultry farms close to the Bab al Hawa border crossing with Turkey.

"The Russians are focusing on infrastructure and economic assets. This is to add to the suffering of people," Abu Hazem Idlibi, an official in the opposition administration, said.

Other targets included villages in the Jabal al-Zawiya region in the southern part of Idlib province, with no immediate reports of casualties, residents and rescuers said.

A series of raids after midnight on Saturday hit makeshift camps that house thousands of displaced families near Jisr al Shuqhur, west of Idlib with two children and a woman were killed and 10 civilians wounded, the civil defence service said.

There has been a relative lull in air strikes since November after a renewed Russian-led campaign followed by Turkish army reinforcements inside the enclave raised the prospect of a wider resumption of violence.

A deal brokered nearly two years ago between Russia, which backs Syrian President Bashar al Assad's forces, and Turkey, which supports opposition groups, ended fighting that had displaced more than a million people within a few months

Turkey has always been under attack, nothing was given to Turkey. But traitors will play the same tune too. Remember the most powerful attack going on against Turks is psychological, simple manipulations and deceptions.

Whether islamist socialism, or secular socialism, both sides work to benefit of the outsider.

If i'm in power all the traitors are facing the courts. That means 90% of all political elements in Turkey go to the courts. Nearly the entire political spectrum in Turkey is comprised. This is how you get every party pandering to communist terrorists. Because most of them are compromised with western shills. Just like FETO an entirely islamist made and owned in america organisation.

America owned the most islamist organisation in Turkey, just like they are today also the biggest backers of the PKK. Thats how they play the game, they look to control all the sides, meanwhile the simple mind picks a side.

Only side you should pick is Turkey. The slightest support of anything against Turkey, that politicians should be ostracised. He shouldnt be supported. Erdogan and CHP have at varying times supported PKK terrorists, that should have been the end of their political careers. You can't support that, but since you do they get away with it.

You wouldnt support a man who makes sexual gestures towards your wife? why support men who support enemies of the sate?

Well, its hard to discuss with someone who's perception of history starts in 1923, for you the world doesnt excist befóre 1923, not even dinosaurs.

Vahdettin didnt grab the throne, he was installed by the very heroic superhero ensemble called the Young Turks (the Avengers of that time). And before they installed Vahdettin, the Young Turks (who mostly were not etnic Turks) installed Mehmed Resat after they brought down Sultan Abdulhamid II.

If Mehmet Resat and Vahdettin were capable for the throne, Abdulhamid would put them on the throne. But he didnt. The Young Turks did and with that they put the state in danger because they lost the Balkan War and the First World War and get bankrupt and occupied.

So if someone is a traitor here, than it is the Young Turk movement (which 99% were no Turks), they put Vahdettin on the throne.

He could at least not undermine our salvation war and lick British asshole just to stay in throne.

A man in his position could even rally the people of Istanbul into a resistance not to mention he had time and opportunity to escape Anatolia.

These are all empty words, his persona had been well recorded in history. For those who seek truth it is out there open. For those in denial not much can be done.

@Ravenman

Did I even make a comment on how he ended up on the throne? Did he lick British ass excessively to remain in throne to the extend of betraying his nation? He did without doubt.

It is your history telling that Turkish history starts at 1299. It has been with the republic that Turkish people learnt they had a history prior to Ottomans and even Islam.

It is also very interesting how you are peculiar on the non-Turkish origins of Young Turk cadres. I am not a Young Turks fan. They were obviously for the worse of our nation but I dont think they were traitors. They were just incompetent.

Regardless of what they were, Vahdettin was a traitor.

Lol sinan meydan sucks. Funny you had to post sozcu.

I studied history. My teacher taught me treat it like a science not a football team. There are various factors in what influences an outcome.

Not to mention any figure including Ataturk are not immune to criticism.

When it comes to sevres despite being signed by Damat ferit it was never ratified by the Ottoman parliament. Hence why the allies felt the need to occupy even without a stupid treaty they were already had plans to occupy and partition our lands.

Vahdettins biggest mistake that he was a weak leader in charge of an empire shattered into pieces. I feel sorry for him actually. Pretty sad and tragic. If only he grabbed a rifle shot some invaders. Everybody would have looked at him differently.

He could have come to Anatolia and at least be useful spiritually.
He could have make a speech in Istanbul telling people to resist.
Heck, at least he could have resisted making undermining speeches against Ankara movement.

He could have done so much, something. Every action he has taken, every word he has spoken clearly indicate that he saw Turkish people as his own property and he was willing to negotiate with British his throne over the future of Turkish nation.
He was going to act like a British governor in India.

Parliament not ratifying what Damat Ferit signed does not take Damat Ferits betrayal back. He showed his character. Vahdettin was the brother in law of Damat Ferit.

What was hilarious about that was the arrogance of the Israeli pilot using the russian transport plane as a shield. Naturally Russia did nothing about it. Russia is good at hitting nations they feel cannot hit them back, but nations that have the means to strike the russians make them uncomfortable, they tend to sit down.

Thats the thing that pains me about vahdettin.

He let everybody down in their darkest moment.

Now he left the very own country he called his home due to his own doing. Vahdettin does not have a positive legacy. Even of he sucked as a leader. Now imagine if he died trying against the allied occupation. That did not happen. He also gave lots of power to Damat ferit its like the Damat was controlling him rather than him controlling him.

Russians strike places like water and farms because thats their tactic to starve the population out.

Israel constantly striking Syria makes Russia uncomfortable. But Russia hasnt really done anything to protect their ally.

Supporters of the Assad regime have expressed anger and fustration at the lack of Russia doing anything.

Well because of that S-300s control some of their Airspace you can also ask Turkey if their S-400s in Syria cover their airspace.

Thats like saying Russia constantly strikes the FSA and Turkey/UAE does nothing about it, since when is it their obligation to go protect syrians? All they care about is preventing an oil pipeline from the UAE to europe with Syria being used for it to screw them over... But that did not work as plan and some oil truckers heading to turkey get bombed by them. I think their objectives are entirely different from yours.

I don't buy russian hype just like i didnt buy that syrian airspace was closed to Turkey. When Turkey chose to strike Syria the Russian air defence systems were wiped out. Systems that would further be exposed by Turks in Libya and Azerbaijan making the pantsir a meme.

Before that lots of hype about pantsirs and what not being the best in the world, turned out to be no more then soviet style propaganda.

As for Russian behaviour in syria, disgraceful mostly killing civilians and making the place unliveable for the people. Its a shame we have erdogan in power, because when Russia killed the Turkish troops that would have been the time to completely enter syria and remove russian tyranny and their backed tyrant assad.

hmmm depends some pantsir systems hit, rest are outdated systems plenty of TB2s destroyed. Russians are no strangers to sophisticated drone projects or having better versions of pantsirs being used. I heard that some Russian poster made another turkish user sort of become quite after posting this image.

They tried to drag NATO into this but that did not work out. I thought Erdogan was the most popular turkish populist in terms of turkish nationalistm, your telling me that Turkey as more pro-Turk politicians that want to restore the ottoman empire than Erdogan?
