The former Israeli Minister is such a liar

ISIS experienced their largest defeats at the hands of the Iraqi & Iranian Shia militia's in Mosul & by Russian Air Power in Syria. Not that I really like crediting Iran or Russia but both were very influential in the defeat of ISIS.

Not to mention Euphrates shield in 2016 which allowed American forces & SDF a clear path into Raqqa.
