In fact, the United States does not provide intelligence. It provides protection with electronic warfare. It is said that the GPS-guided munitions used in the region no longer work, but laser-guided munitions can be used.
Does that mean that the on-board GPS on the birds in the air also doesn't work or they use protected GPS modules that can withstand the EW attack?

"Bombardier E-11A aircraft" belonging to the US Air Force are flying near Northern Iraq and Northern Syria.

The US Air Force provides real-time intelligence support to the PKK on the Turkish border.
Nothing new here.
Nothing changed it is normal for usa to protect own ally PKK.

Issue is that we have people here that still lie themself about usa.
usa did Not changed when come to Turkiye. usa is still hostile against Turkiye

Just wake up and stop wet dreaming about usa. Accept the Facts, accept the reality.
Turkiye is walking on own path. Path of independence. Path where Turkiye do not believe any more of any usa sayings, they do not have any weight.
Do not forget that usa initiated to trash all relations with Turkiye, which took many, many decades. This trust is gone, even more there is HUGE pit now.
No matter how big is this pit for usa it will take many, many decades to be fill up by trust. I do not see it how this will gonna happend.

usa try to pushed hard from year 2014 in order to destabilize Turkiye -> Terrorist attacks, Coup, Brutally meddling in internal matters like Andrew Brunson monk, support and protection of FETO organization etc.
In short time basis usa had Leverage and they thought that Turkiye will break, but this did NOT happend.
Now, in present Days the reallity is diffrent and usa know vary well that they lost. One thing is certain -> Turkiye in next decade will not believe of anything cameing from usa

I haven't heard anything about fighterjets. But I've heard that some types of ammunition are out of use. Since the fighterjets fly in the region, there is no problem for them.

look at the map of arab countries you will see israel is in middle of them. in fact the reason that israel exist is to stop the formation of single arab super state hence the unconditional support of Israel from Europe and the US. to protect israel, they need to create new country that will be enemy with all of its neighbors that country is Kurdistan . if you look at the map you will see kurdistan and armenia masterfully drown to prevent turkey to access to other turkic countries so i conclude that after soviet fall relationship between US and turkey start to change and in future armenia and kurdistan( if created ) will play the same role as israel for western powers, to prevent creation of turkic super state

Turkey Continues its Targeting of Northern Syria: Fears of a Ground Operation

For the fourth consecutive day, Turkish military operations persist in targeting positions held by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in northern and northeastern Syria, resulting in substantial material damage to infrastructure and service facilities.

Airstrikes have been concentrated along the border strip separating Turkey and Syria, focusing on cities such as Amuda and Derbasiya, as well as areas in Qamishli, extending to the eastern countryside of Aleppo through the northern countryside of Raqqa.

On Monday morning, Turkish artillery directed its fire toward villages in the Aburasin district, specifically (Dad Abdul – um Harmala – Nuwaihat – Rabiat), in response to SDF strikes on Turkish base sites in um Ashba and Bab al-Khair villages.

In Hassakeh’s northern region, Turkish attacks on Sunday targeted the natural gas production plant in al-Suwaidiya, affiliated with the municipality of Rmeilan. Additionally, the Qahtania power conversion station was hit, rendering it non-operational and causing power outages.

Turkish drones aimed at the Tal Odeh oil station, Qamishli power conversion station (leading to its shutdown), an SDF tunnel near the Covid Hospital, and another site near the al-Basel roundabout at the southern entrance to Qamishli near the airport.

On Monday morning, Turkish forces also targeted the SDF court headquarters in the al-Sinaa neighbourhood, east of Qamishli.

In Qamishli’s countryside, Turkish attacks struck an SDF construction headquarters at the Ali Faro junction on the international road, a checkpoint in the village of Khazna (resulting in casualties and material damage), and a military point in the village of Dhubana (leading to the martyrdom of two military personnel).

In Amuda, considered the capital by the Autonomous Administration, Turkish operations targeted the electricity conversion station, numerous checkpoints, and the city of Derbasiya. The attacks extended to the village of Karb al-Tali, where an SDF site was hit, as well as the entrance to the city where a vehicle belonging to an SDF leader was targeted. Three civilians were injured, and a house near the incident caught fire.

Turkish targets extended to the eastern countryside of Aleppo, hitting the Lafarge cement plant, electricity transmission stations in Ain al-Arab, and various SDF checkpoints. Jalabiya and Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Raqqa were also affected.

The airstrikes inflicted substantial material damage, primarily targeting infrastructure and service facilities, leading to the disruption of electricity transmission stations in northern Syria and severe damage to the gas production plant in Sweden.

Responding to the Turkish aggression, the SDF released a statement reaffirming their legitimate right to retaliate and pledging to deliver “painful blows to the Turkish regime.”

Turkish air operations entered their fourth day, with renewed raids targeting the power conversion station in the northern belt of Qamishli and the Derbasiya power conversion station, rendering it inoperative.

According to the Turkish Anadolu Agency, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Turkish Defense Minister Yasar Guler are scheduled to brief the Turkish parliament on the air campaign against SDF headquarters in northern Syria and Iraq during a session on Tuesday, January 16.

Is something going on? The government is releasing news of people that were neutralised long time ago like it happened now both in Iraq and Syria. Is it official announcements with confirmation?

What is going on is they are trying to save the face of TSK by publishing already known, old news. The Nation is angry and they are making fools of the people trying to minimize the negative impact.

Commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s missile force, Brigadier General Haji Zadeh:

Four Khaybar missiles were launched from southern Iran towards ISIS positions in Idlib, and 11 precision ballistic missiles were launched from western Iran towards targets in Iraqi Kurdistan.

Doesnt the Americans have Patriots in Iraqi Kurdistan? They must saw those rockets coming.

Also, since when is ISIS active in Idlib? Only HTS is active there.

Seems they tracked the missiles and saw it wouldn't hit them so didn't turn on air defence

There isn't any ISIS. Iran is making things up to justify killing civilians.

After targeting it with airstrikes | Turkey commits new war crime by completely putting Al-Suwaidiyah station out of service

Al-Hasakah province: Al-Suwaydiyah power station in Al-Qamishly countryside, north of Al-Hasakah, was completely out of service, after being targeted yesterday evening by airstrikes from Turkish warplanes, as part of Turkey’s continued targeting important vital installations in the areas of northern and eastern Syria.

Yesterday evening, SOHR reported that Turkish warplanes launched nine airstrikes on the gas factory in Al-Suwaydiya and electricity stations in Al-Ramilan area in Al-Hasakah north eastern of Syria. However, no casualties were reported.

Turkey continues destroying facilities and infrastructure in north eastern of Syria, as it has taken 9 power stations out of service, namely the Qamishli, Darbasiyah, Amoad, Qahtaniyah, Malikiyah, Suwaydiyah, Tal Kocher, and Tal Alou stations, in addition to taking out the Suwaydiyah gas plant, which was directly targeted several times.

President Erdoğan:

"(Fighting against terrorism) We will definitely take new steps in this direction in the coming months, regardless of who says what or what threats they make."

"Our operations in this region will continue until we secure every inch of the mountains of Northern Iraq, which are the source of terrorist acts."

"(Cross-border operations) They destroyed the calculations of those who constantly keep changing the maps on the agenda and those who try to impose a new Sèvres on our region."

“We will not stop until we destroy all the terrorist nests established with insidious intentions in Syria, from Tel Rifat to Aynularab, from Hasakah to Manbij.”

"If the promises made to us are not fulfilled, then no one can object to Turkiye taking the necessary measures for its own security."

“When it comes to the fight against terrorism and the survival, peace and security of our country, everyone is either with us or against us. There is no middle ground or gray zone in this matter.”

The targets hit don't have anything to do with DEASH. Their strike targeted a medical center "connected with the Al-Nusra" causing 2 civilian casualties. Today Iranian militias also targeted Ariha resulting in at least 8 civilian casualties.

A criminal complaint has been filed at the European court of human rights regarding the conduct of SNA. I don't know if this will progress to a full investigation case but if it does it will be seriously damaging and would "legitimize by law" a lot of the claims of the PKK about Afrin and the SNA by European court backing.

Berlin, January 18, 2024 – Since 2018, armed militias with the support of Turkey have been committing crimes under international law in Afrin in northern Syria. To address these crimes, the human rights organizations the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) and Syrians for Truth and Justice (STJ) have filed a criminal complaint with the German Federal Public Prosecutor's Office.

Six years ago, in January 2018, Turkey and allied armed militias of the Syrian National Army (SNA) began bombing the Afrin region as part of the so-called "Olive Branch" military operation. The military offensive lasted over two months and led to the displacement of more than 300,000 civilians, the majority of whom were Kurds. With the support of Turkey, the armed militias established an arbitrary rule that continues to this day.

“Afrin’s population, and especially its Kurdish citizens, have faced widespread and systematic violations since 2018. These abuses range from forced disappearances, arbitrary arrests and torture, to sexual violence. The seizure of the local population’s property through looting and occupation as well as exorbitant taxes prevent the displaced inhabitants of Afrin from returning to their homes and is intended to force those who remain to flee,” explains Bassam Alahmad, Executive Director of STJ.

These human rights violations committed by pro-Turkish and Islamist militias are crimes under international law and can be investigated anywhere in the world. Together with six survivors of the crimes, STJ, ECCHR and their partners filed a criminal complaint with the German Federal Public Prosecutor's Office on 18 January 2024, calling for a comprehensive investigation of the perpetrators.

"Three years after my release from prison, I still find myself in a painful nightmare. Everything I experienced in Afrin was cruel. Because I know that the population still has to live in similar conditions, I have dedicated my life to bring the injustice to the attention of the world, in the hope that justice will be done and that the perpetrators will be held accountable," says one survivor and complainant.

So far, the crimes of the Assad regime and Islamist groups, such as Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS, have been the focus of investigations by the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office. However, the suffering experienced by the predominantly Kurdish civilian population in northwestern Syria has not yet been addressed.

"Since 2011, the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office has been investigating many human rights crimes committed in Syria. The trial on Syrian state torture before the Koblenz Higher Regional Court was groundbreaking. However, the atrocities committed by predominantly Islamist militias against the Kurdish population in northern Syria have so far been a blind spot in these investigations. This must change, as the militias ruling in Afrin have established a reign of violence and arbitrariness with Turkish support," comments Patrick Kroker who is responsible for ECCHR’s work on Syria.

ECCHR has been working since 2012 to address the serious crimes committed in Syria. Together with around 100 tortue survivors, Syrian and European partner organizations, ECCHR has filed a number of criminal complaints in Germany, Austria, Sweden and Norway against high-ranking members of the Syrian security apparatus.

I don't want to go tit for tat for you but truly, this is meaningless in every possible way.
SNA ain't the state nor recognised as the authority nor they are under the jurisdiction of some German court.
This is the usual solicitor charade in which shit that they say sanctified by the magic prayer " Oh this is the law".
You see , South Africa went to the Hague and had its day here as did Israel. If South Africa wins, more than 50% chances, than you will see what's going to happen to the German Government, Courts and media. All these things will lead to the criminal charges of aiding and abating the war crimes.
I am sure it is coming to them
Afterall speaking against so called Armenian Genocide is against the German Law, yet that claim was never heard in the court ( apart from Mudros.
What I am trying to say here , a German judge can go on and f his own sister, make some inconvenience but better that he be ready for the future. If the Hague goes well , him, his buddies and government will loose there asses.
