We might need to ask ourselves if we are all retarded, or is the Turkish government not as smart as we want to believe. Why this inaction in such a historic moment? We can crush the PKK, yet we let them get even stronger!
Thats easy answer , We all want to crush Pkk in Syria but behind Pkk stands USA and if Turkiye do that than Our economy will go from 1.3 teillion to 0.3 trillion competing with Irani one . And as we all know in very bad economic crisis its people start to rebell and There will be no more 1 whole Turkiye but 2-3 part of different ones . And some 10 million pigs sepatist dem-Pkk already are inside Turkiye like cancer cells wating the moment .

They shouldn't overextend, there might be plans to make them spread thin for the Hannibal pincer move in the Cannae; the way they are not mounting any defence in the center is reminding me of that shit.
I fear the same. The blitzkrieg is good and all but without fortifications and establishing supply lines, YPG/PKK might mobilize and advance rather easily. Especially so, considering our lackluster response.

I still cant believe that the PKK/YPG is so strong that the HTS and SNA still cant dislodge those bloody terrorists

We seen how strong they are when they fled like cowards.

Ypg/pkk is so embolden because of Turkish inaction.

When Russia killed 30 Turkish soldiers. Erdogan did his best to cover it up. Lets not forget how Russia in 2016 "accidentally" killed 2 Turkish soldiers who were figthing against Isis. That was easily covered it up.

Turkish pilot that shot down the Russian jet for violating Turkish airspace was thrown into prison. Easily declared him a fetocu and traitor without any proof.

You dont even need to send soldiers. Drone can do the work.

Yesterday, the head of the interim government announced the decision to launch a military operation in Tel Rifat and related areas. In the next few days, we may see a military operation focussed on the north and east of Aleppo. Unexpected things may happen in the Münbic pocket. It is important to ensure full security in the areas where the regime has withdrawn in order to create a strong fortification on the Halep's south countryside.

On the southern front, there was no point in going hundreds of kilometres deep without establishing military fortifications and logistical security, and it posed a great risk against a counter-attack, fortunately this trap was avoided. Last night, they had crossed the centre of Hama almost nonstop and advanced 30 kilometres further south to town of Talbisah. Still we are likely to see many more hit-and-runs to make it difficult for the regime to establish a line of defence. Also this morning's announcements indicate that the southern(Hama) front is expanding along west axis, and I think they will clear all villages on plains before the end of the day and reach the foothills of the Al-Nusayriyah hills.

as you can see in the maps above PKK holding good part of Syria's oil and the dam if rebels want to succeed they need to be strategic with their attack either they will capture the remaining oil fields or they should take to coast lines and cut the Syria from Russia they should do it without overextending their lines they should capture lands in a way that reduce their frontline as well

they can do this in 3 different way

1) play it safe take the north and kick PKK to the other side of the river - this will reduce their front lines
2) play it risky advanced to homs turn it into stronghold then move west and capture the cost - this will cut the syria from russia and reduce the front lines
3) play it very risky without securing the flanks they can attack can capture a line from south of raqqa (in this side of river) all the way to homes - this allows rebels to have oil money and make Assad more depended on iran and russia for survival however not securing cost line in the west manbij in the north leave them open to attack as well as overextending their front lines

Safirah town has been captured
ÖZGÜRLÜĞÜN ŞAFAĞI OPERASYON ODASI SAFİRA KENTİNİN YPG/PKK VE SURİYE REJİMİNDEN KURTARILDIĞINI VE 6 TANK, 1 GVOZDİKA OBÜS VE 1 SHILKA ELE GEÇİRDİKLERİNİ DUYURDU. EL BAB GÜNEYİNDEN GELENLER SAFİRA'YA GİRDİ.
Since everything is very fast in the field, we do not have time to talk about any unit, but tactically, a very successful staff management is taking place. If the SNA from Bab entered, so they entered the town from the west. The north is already the city of Aleppo. In the south, Khaneser was captured simultaneously or a little while ago with the attack of the units around Abu Ad-Duhur, 50 kilometers south of Aleppo. There is really very successful coordination here. In other words, if the militants holding Safirah had not left all the military vehicles and fled, they would have been waiting to be destroyed with all the exits blocked.
