You could be right, but the rsf have nothing to shoot it down. I do not think they have failed and crashed.

I checked out some test footage and this is how Kemankeş impact looks. There is no way missile is that intact after a warhead detonation. Doesn't look like an interception either so it was a dud or got taken down by EW

They could shoot it down with any 12.7 or higher calibre machine gun, Ukrainians shot down Russian cruise missiles the same way and it isn't any faster than them.
