Gezgin cruise missile introduced in image seems more compact and IIR guided and lack of boosters compared to the land variant long range cruise missiles like Tomahawk. This missile must be Air launcher variant of the Gezgin since the matter is about F16 and the munition to be launched from this aircraft
I don't think the images are representative of anything.

I suspect if USAF doesn't integrate AIM-260 with their F-16 VIPER, then Ozgur platforms equipped with MURAD+Gokhan would probably be the most BVR capable F-16 out there.

Akbaba is %100 representative.
No, Akbaba will be a ramjet missile. That there looks like Sparrow missile.
The picture of the Göktuğ is a copy-pasted Meteor.
And Gezgin looks like a SLAM, air-launched version of Harpoon.
So, both you and @Oublious are wrong.

I think you misunderstood @Cabatli_TR
Representative Means, it is not the actual thing.

AFAIK Sparrows aren't ramjet powered either.

Guys the word you are looking for is "placeholder". Those images are placeholders (Akbaba, Gökhan and maybe Gezgin)

I think that Gezgin missile is likely to be equivalent to AGM 84 . The issue is Anka3 , KE and TF-X can’t fit it in the internal payload .

"METE, the smallest member of our family, is ready for mass production!"

Just imagine the potential of our UGVs with special METE launchers.
This is unironically one the projects I've been waiting the most because it'll give our infantry some real flexibility.

1+ kms of range and only weighs 1.4 kgs, 1 soldier can easily carry a drone and several Mete and use the drone both to spot and attack. A small drone from a km away, good luck even seeing that thing.

I think that our infantry is now able to take out Sniper and MG positions with minimal effort.
If i remember correctly, you can launch METE with a grenade launcher attached to your rifle.

Akbaba, Gökhan, and Gezgin images are placeholders.

BTW Mete looks like a perfect missile. Now we need something larger to be an RPG alternative.

Yeah, it can be launched from a grenade launcher. But the reason I mentioned a drone is because it would, in theory, have greater range, and it would be hard to spot the drone so far away, let alone protect yourself from Mete.

It would be really great if they could fit two or more onto a drone, it is light enough that there are even commercial drones that can carry two.
