Which Sense would it make for Turkey to have IRBM ballistic Missiles ? Turkey does not have nuclear Weapons.

Could Cenk be useful as ASBM, like the chinese have ?
The fact that there are no nuclear weapons does not mean that there will not be any in the future. When we look at the world, it shows that we need to be prepared for this. We cannot leave our own defense to the initiative and interests of others.

Greece decided to buy Rampage missiles from Israel. It is time to see İHA 300.

lol

they do not have CENK or Tayfun, Khan and laser guided artillery missile TRLG230 and the list goes on. Ther is stil nobody giving asnwer what is the purpose of launching a bm from a fighter. Is it for more range only?

Trg 300 is 585 kgs. Akıncı can carry MK 84 with a guidance kit over 1000 kgs.
Only one of them and under its fuselage. An UAV-300 would be too heavy for Akıncı's wings. I'd be completely happy with carrying, let's say 2 UAV-230s under its wings and one Çakır under its fuselage, for example. Having something like air launched version of TRG-300 would fit our jets better.

Long range, fast(Mach 2+), hard to intercept munition tailor made for SEAD/DEAD ops on the cheap.
A missile like TRG300 is still a ballistic missile with a suppressed trajectory. It has a mid course flight speed of around 4.2 Mach. But hits its target in terminal stage probably around 1.1-1.5 Mach in line with terminal velocity laws..
A plane like F16 can carry 4 of these, and since they are launched from a fast moving jet at altitude, the missiles don‘t have to overcome gravity. It has well over double the range of a land launched version. A range of 250-350km should be achievable.
Being a very fast missile, it is also fairly difficult to intercept by air defence systems.
As per @Heartbang mentioned, since they are developed from artillery rockets, they are comparatively cheap and expendable with ease.

Can it fit into the internal bays of the KAAN jet?

Contract between ASELSAN and Roketsan for national missiles

1696366720909.png

ASELSAN and Roketsan signed a contract worth approximately 335 million lira for the communication, seeker head and fire control systems to be used in national missile systems.

In the statement made by ASELSAN regarding the subject, “Contracts between ASELSAN and ROKETSAN regarding Communication Systems, Seeker Head Systems and Fire Control Systems with a total value of 4,900,000,- USD, 5,233,100,- Euro and 55,262,944,- TL has been signed.

This statement was made based on the permission received from ROKETSAN.” statements were included.

In the statement made by ASELSAN, no information was included for which missile platform the relevant systems were supplied. Currently developed and produced under the leadership of Roketsan; Missile systems such as ATMACA, OMTAS, UMTAS, SUNGUR, HİSAR-A+, HİSAR-O+, HİSAR-RF and SİPER Block I use seeker heads developed by ASELSAN.

On the other hand, in complex products such as the ATMACA Anti-Ship Missile, communication and fire control systems are also of great importance in addition to seeker heads. In the ATMACA Missile, mass production deliveries to the Turkish Naval Forces have started; The seeker head, fire control and communication elements were developed with national resources.

Why are contracts signed in 3 different exchange rates?

The fact that a contract was signed between the two companies in 3 different currencies is among the issues that are wondered by the public. Turkish defense industry companies aim to use Turkish Lira to the maximum extent in the contracts they make among themselves.

For products that cannot be supplied in Turkish Lira due to supplies made from abroad, contracts are also signed in US Dollars and Euros.

Note- If abovementioned explanation is to be believed, then it appears majority of the subsystems in this contract are sourced from aboard.
But should not that be unlikely?🤔

The expected news from the national UCAV ammunition MAM-T

MAM-T Smart Ammunition, developed by Roketsan with national resources, has been proven on the battlefield. MAM-T, used in AKINCI TİHA, was used in operations.

MAM-T, which weighs 4 times more than the MAM-L ammunition that is actively used by Turkish UAVs and exported to more than 40 countries, can cause much more devastating consequences on the target with its Mk81 equivalent warhead. The range of the 230mm diameter MAM-T ammunition is between 30 and 80 kilometers, depending on the speed and altitude of the firing platform.

The first firing test of the MAM-T ammunition with the Imaging Infrared (IIR) Seeker was carried out successfully. Thanks to the IIR seeker head, MAM-T will be able to engage without the need for the operator to constantly mark the target with a laser.
