Morocco: Fear of anti-Israel attack

Seen from the Middle East, the Algerian army is about to respond to the African Lion 2021 exercise that the US National Guard dared to conduct in June in Western Sahara against the backdrop of some 7,000 soldiers deployed at the gates of the Algeria:

barely a few days after naval exercises marked by surprises such as the interception of a Zionist spy submarine in full Algerian territorial waters and then its expulsion Algeria has just conducted and this is a first, land exercises in Ossetia engaging alongside Russian forces. Obviously, for a USA / Israel / NATO axis that goes from provocation to provocation, whether through Macron's remarks on behalf of Algerians or these announcements with military content sometimes on the construction of an Israeli kamikaze drone factory in Morocco or the visit of Gantz to Rabat is a terrible blow which testifies to the extent of resources that Algiers can mobilize in the event of an escalation in the face of the adversary. But in all this there is a part which attracts little attention and whose role remains fundamental in this anti-Zionist dynamic which crisscrosses the Maghreb, namely the Moroccan people. Despite appearances, nothing is going between Rabat and Israel.

Their relations between Morocco and Israel marked the blow and cooled to the point of leading to the freezing of flights and the cancellation of Moroccan consular services in Tel Aviv, according to data obtained by Al-Quds Al-Arabi.
“Relations between the two sides resumed last December following the Abrahamic Accords, after Morocco froze diplomatic relations with Israel for many years. One of the most striking manifestations of the new rapprochement was the start of flights between the two parties, with a weekly flight from Tel Aviv to the city of Marrakech, to allow Jews of Moroccan origin, who constitute about a quarter of Israelis, to visit Morocco.

Moroccan Jews arrived in Morocco via third countries. The surprise is that at the start of normalization there were rumors of hundreds of thousands of Israelis visiting Morocco, but future flights would be frozen permanently. The Moroccan Digital Gazette 360 was the first to mention the freezing of flights. "
At the same time, Al-Quds Al-Arabi reportedly obtained the same information from sources close to Moroccan and Israeli officials.

The flights began on July 26 and ended on September 6. The Israeli side had spoken of resuming flights over the next month, but there is no real indication in this regard. In turn, the aforementioned Moroccan newspaper confirms the inability to book online flights to and from Israel to Morocco and vice versa.

But that's not all: in the framework of still cold relations, Moroccans also do not obtain a visa to enter Israel from the diplomatic office accredited in Rabat, because they have not started providing consular services. that were expected.

An expected visit by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita to Israel was also announced, but this did not take place.

There was also talk of Israeli War Minister Benny Gantz's upcoming visit to Morocco, but that didn't happen either. The last diplomatic meeting between the two sides was the visit of Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid to Rabat about two months ago.

Despite these sudden developments, no clarification has been issued on either the Moroccan or the Israeli side, to explain these measures ... What has happened in the meantime? Informed sources speak of the rise of anti-Zionist sentiments in Morocco and the fear these feelings arouse among Israelis. Millions of Moroccans boycotted the Brotherhood government at the polls for betraying Palestine, which has benefited liberals largely committed to the normalizing cause, but there is this rage that risks costing Israelis their lives if they venture too much into Morocco. A few weeks ago, a Zionist premier was liquidated in the country in a liquidation that Rabat described as "the work of a nutcase." But no one believed this version, nor did the official comments about the exponential growth of bilateral ties.

For the moment, it is the Zionistz who are taking advantage of these links by selling their weapons in bulk in Rabat, not to strengthen its defensive capacities, but to offer themselves the pretext for a presence of their officers on Moroccan soil. Also after the drone factory we talk about the Zionist Spike NLOS who should arrive in Morocco with sums withdrawn from the Moroccan taxpayer ... he will stand idly by?

Nothing is less certain given the fear that the Zionists have in going to Morocco.
