As HAVELSAN, we have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with VN Maritime Technologies and Piloda Shipyard in Italy for the development, integration, and commercialization of unmanned and hybrid (manned-unmanned) maritime platforms.

Within the scope of this strategic cooperation for the development, integration, and commercialization of unmanned and hybrid maritime platforms, we aim to sign the first procurement contract in Italy in the first half of 2026.

Under the agreement, VN Maritime Technologies and Piloda Shipyard are authorized as our exclusive representative and industry partner for all unmanned surface vehicle (USV) projects in Italy. In this framework, all USV opportunities for defense, coast guard, public institutions, and private organizations in Italy will be managed through the VN Maritime – Piloda partnership.

Well, that's interesting.

Anadolu(and its task force?) to be deployed to the Baltic under Eastern sentry. This was not originally planned or announced. Unclear what's the duration is.

- Tcg Anadolu + most likely her task force(basically all of our modern naval assets) to Latvia
- AWACs to Poland
- air defence radars, f-16 block 50+'s and many other ships and armored units to Somalia

Don't we have any national security needs? Okay force projection is good but we are spreading ourselves very thin. Especially for a government that always claims war is near

Several weeks ago, fourteen countries, primarily the Baltic states, agreed to block illegal oil shipments by Russia's shadow fleet, which is under Western sanctions. In recent months, warships from these countries have already detained several vessels linked to Russia. Likely at NATO's request, Ankara decided to join its allies. The decision to keep the Anadolu in the Baltic Sea is most likely related to this.

Yesterday, I quoted an article from a Russian publication in which Russians expressed outrage over the Turkish navy's participation in NATO exercises in the Baltic Sea.
I can only imagine the furor the Russian media will now create over the Anadolu!:)

Might be a way to fit the shoe to the foot, but Eastern Sentry is not about shadow fleet movements. It's mostly for airspace defence, aircraft and drones.

Russians are writing that the Turkish ship Anadolu landed troops during naval exercises. They ask: "Which Baltic country is Turkey planning to land troops in, given that all Baltic countries except Russia are NATO members?"
For those suffering from chauvinism and paranoia, this is a perfectly reasonable question:)

On the other hand, even if the Anadolu had landed troops in Antarctica, Russians would still be outraged:LOL:

As far as I can remember, even on this forum, a couple of years ago , Twitter post from an officer of Turkish Navy was posted which talked exactly about this.
I think that that officer was complaining how TCG Anadolu will be for some time, commanding ship of European amphibious forces.
I think that it was arranged a couple of years ago.

How to qualify these creatures?
Go on Top war , history section. Check, for example an article about that b Zemlyckkaya. Psychic Zionist kille. Out of their idiotical phantasy these people will find a lot of good words about her. On other hand the answers from the opposition are also extremely chovinistic.
These people are morally sick to the core. I thought that they are a bit better than Serbs but they are not. F sick to the core.
Only stupid Muslims can find any sympathy towards them.

Navy should have allowed other defence companies to bring systems over. It is a great chance for all kind of platforms and companies to test through such conditions during winter.
It seems only Baykar and MKE was priviliged, with MKE isn't testing anything at all. Only after a dozen of flights and footages we got to see one TN officer in control station of TB3, that proves, it is still experimental.

I could ask why don't we include Kaplan MT, Pars Alpha, Arma, Cobra II and BMC vehicles and rotor drone by Titra for purpose of test and experimentation.

I have visited TCG Anadolu today in Rotterdam, what big mighty ship. Istif and Yavuz class looks like to little kids. Unfortunaly everything was closed for visitors, it was realy busy with Turks :D . They have repaired that antenna on the left side above Istif class, no more hanging thing.

Opinion from a professional.

Did he just rerealesed his old video again? Can't watch the full video now but it seems that he did.(3rd time he is releasing this video)

His opinions was cool when he published this video in the first time but they are kinda outdated now.
