This is obviously wishful thinking but at the current rate/condition of the Russian military Turkey should work closely with Ukraine to conflict damage on Russian assets in Crimea e.g. ships docked in Sevastopol. If the situation worses for Russia (very significantly), one might see Ukraine push to liberate at least parts of Crimea - which could be co-ordinated with Turkey and other Black Sea states. Thus Turkey would gain its guarantor role - as outlined in the document above.

Kyrgyzstan President Caparov received the heads of intelligence of the Turkic world
President of Kyrgyzstan Sadir Caparov received the heads of the delegations of the 24th Special Services of Turkic Speaking Countries (TÜRKON) Conference.
In the statement made by the Presidency Press Center, it was stated that Caparov received the heads of the delegations of the conference held in Cholpon-Ata city of the country.
During the meeting, Kyrgyzstan National Security State Committee Chairman Kamchibek Tasiyev, Azerbaijan State Security Services Chairman Ali Nagiyev and Azerbaijan Foreign Intelligence Service Deputy Chairman Samir Ismailov, Kazakhstan National Security State Committee Chairman Ermek Sagimbayev, Turkish National Intelligence Organization Head Hakan Fidan and Uzbekistan State Security Services Head Abdusalom Azizov took part.
In his speech, Caparov emphasized that deep historical ties, centuries-old experience of good neighborliness, and fruitful cooperation between countries and peoples constitute a solid basis for strengthening cooperation within the framework of Turkic Speaking Countries Special Services.
Stating that the conference has become an important platform for cooperation and interaction in the field of security, Caparov stated that it has served as a sought-after platform for many years to discuss a wide range of professional issues, exchange experiences and develop the most effective cooperation models in the field of security.
Caparov pointed out that the escalation of terrorist activities in the Middle East and Afghanistan, which has reached dimensions that threaten the integrity of some states and threatens to spread far beyond the borders of these regions, requires the intelligence agencies to pay special attention.
Stating that the new era requires new approaches to solve the problems and overcome the challenges and threats, Caparov said:
"It is clear that achieving significant results in the fight against these threats and challenges is only possible with consistent and systematic work, joint and coordinated efforts. In this context, I believe that the meaningful and constructive discussions of this platform will make an important contribution to the security of the Turkish world."
Stating that he believes that the close interaction between the special services of the countries participating in the meeting will strengthen security and help the effective fight against international terrorism, radicalism and other global problems, Caparov stated that the Kyrgyz side is willing to work efficiently with the Turkish brotherly peoples on the basis of these values.
TÜRKON was founded on May 20, 1998 in Istanbul by the special services of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. Uzbekistan joined TÜRKON in 2018

Historically Hungarians are close to us Magyars were living under our khanates for years and they were also supporting the khans culture-language wise they are close to us. thats why Turkic history in pakistan doesn't mean shit we have nothing close to them. Just because we ruled them doesn't make pakistanis turkic-steppe related brothers.
If you check Turkic historians they claim magyars to be Kıpchaks who emigrated into europe but no Turkic historian says "Pakistanis are turkic" also pakistani term didn't even existed with that mind Indians are our brothers and they are close to us too?

Maybe not oil wrestling but wrestling itself. Also Turkiye has camel wrestling which goes back to pre Islamic times that was brought in by Turkic tribes as they settled in Anatolia.
Hungarians, Finns and Estonians might be related to us but I see them as Europeans big time.
I would give Pakistan observer status.
I think countries that have lots of Turkic people should join. The ones with historical links should be given observor status.
