Not practical and economically feasible and would require decades of investment and infrastructure. No one can wake up one day and divert a river in massive mountains and deep gorges of Himalayas and Karakoram

And if accordingly to Indians we do terrorism in IIOJK, we can also start hitting their infrastructure projects. So all of it is just wishful thinking.
