Is it China that's been keeping thousands of troops in Germany since the end of the WW2, or is it in fact the US of A?

The modern world order is shaped by the US, and even tho with many deficiencies, I still prefer a US led world order rather than China, mind to tell you that China and many countries prosper under the current US led and built world order. That's a FACT
