Hi,
I want to become a Personnel Selection Officers. I am 36 years old I am italian currently living in Germany, I am planning on moving to Canada, work for three years (maybe do another master in Industrial Organizationa Psychology) and after getting the Canadian citizenship I will try to join the CAF as Personnel Selection Officers.

I have the following education:
-Five years Bachelor's degree in psychology from a well recognize southamerican university.
-Master's degree in neuropsychological research (from Germany).
-Posgraduate course in neuropsychological assessment (from Argentina).

I currently have 36 years old, I am in good physical shape, catholic, no criminal background at all, no adictions nor psychological problems. I have run my qualifications through the canadian immigrations express entry site and I qualify for permanent resident permit.

I really want this job, how hard is it to get???? I want to improve my professional background in order to secure my chances, can anyone who is in the CAF tell me any tips about this???
Thanks a lot for your time!

Your qualifications are very good. Exactly what Canada and the Armed Forces require.

So it is really left to you to push for it and achieve your dreams to full potential :)

I would settle down in Canada once you are here and get busy chatting with contacts you form.
You will have time till Citizenship process to talk to recruiters/personnel/academics etc.. about how best to go about improving your (esp local Canadian based experience) in your discipline to get into the particular career you are striving for.
