As expected. People understand the Ergenekon and Balyoz cases are staged when they are broadcast on TV. Whilst I believe Ekrem İmamoğlu is involved in some degree of corruption, he can't even dream of the level of corruption that Erdogan accumulated through his career as a politician. Average politicians, especially mayors, are corrupt in Turkiye. Still, the most corrupt of them all is the ruling party, as most of its higher cadres are basically immune from any action taken by the judiciary. Overall, the Ekrem İmamoğlu case is politically motivated.
