its not hard to make it, it is hard to make the thermal cameras.. if you dont make those, they sell it to you for a price that its better to purchase the whole thing...

Actually useful for bases. I wouldn't call it such if it works on fixed points and smoothly operated.

Well Egypt does design, and produce thermals at a company called AIO that is a JV with Thales established in 1984. I wonder where the microbolometer for this is made since it is likely imported from a cheaper source. This is a full AIO design, which means there is some good progress from licensing systems to designing, and manufacturing a good part of the system.
