The Russian military and special services are preparing terrorist acts in the occupied territories of Donbas in order to use them as a pretext for introducing armed forces into Ukraine under the guise of "peacekeepers". This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny on Facebook.

"In the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Russian professional military and special services are preparing terrorist attacks, the victims of which should be civilians. The enemy seeks to use this as an excuse to accuse Ukraine and introduce regular units of the Russian armed forces under the guise of "peacekeepers," he said.

Misinforming the public about the detention of supposedly Ukrainian groups, the enemy reveals his own plans, including mining bridges and roads by which the occupation administration takes civilians to the territory of the Russian Federation, mining cars, residential buildings and public facilities. Buses and trains with orphans and the elderly are in particular danger, they are taken out according to schedules and routes known and planned by them. The enemy uses the forced removal of the civilian population, primarily women and children, "to implement their bloody provocations."
