President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made important statements at the TOKİ 1 Millionth House Turnkey Ceremony in Sincan Saraycık TOKİ Residences. Erdogan said, "We have achieved what no one else in the world has been able to achieve through TOKI. We made people from all walks of life homeowners with an investment of approximately 200 billion liras. Finally, we launched a 100 thousand social housing campaign. We completed the construction of 12 thousand social housing in this campaign, which is based on horizontal architecture and keeps the neighborhood culture alive. Currently, we continue the construction of 76,000 social housing units,"

Congrats. In this day and age every person should have decent roof of their head. This project sounds similiar to PM Imran Khans flagship 'Naya Pakistan Housing' which aims to provide a home or apartment to all the poor and needy at extremely subsidised rates.
