can someone with more insight could tell how would this Ethiopia war with TDF on wining side, impact on Somalia affairs?

Well if the TDF win I think Ogaden will try to break away and become its own region or join Somalia.

Ogaden region is majority Somali

Seems El Shabaab is the only one silent in the face of Somalia AF getting TB2

If the TB2 can take out Al Shababs leadership.

I can see why they are silent. These terrorist groups right now are not acting like fck the world and fear us anymore because of new tools that can take them out with ease.

Hopefully tb2 plus turkish intelligence will help destroy al shabab or at least minimise its presence so they no longer become a threat.

Somalia is prepared to go to war to stop Ethiopia recognising the breakaway territory of Somaliland and building a port there, a senior adviser to Somalia’s president has said.
A memorandum of understanding signed on 1 January allowing landlocked Ethiopia to develop a naval base on Somaliland’s coast has rattled the Horn of Africa, one of the world’s most volatile regions.

Somalia claims Somaliland as part of its territory and has declared the deal void. Last Sunday its president, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, called on Somalis to “prepare for the defence of our homeland”, while rallies have been held in Mogadishu, Somalia’s capital, against the agreement.
