Is there a timeline for when the first Turkish astronaut goes into space?

That's anyone's guess. We haven't even seen any hints to make guesses. But if we work towards that end we can pull it off in quite a short time. You need to get as high as 100km (80 km if you are in the US) to have gotten to space and be called an astronaut / gökçü / uzaycı / gökmen . Considering that private companies are warming up for space tourism using gliders we can walk the same path. A rocket can carry one or more uzaycı in to the edge of space on its tip and let go of the glider plane and the plane glides down to earth. Giving several minutes of weightlessness time to the gökgezen. Once they arrive back home you give them their badges and register them in the national / international registers. A better option would be a small space plane which will still have fuel when it gets in the space and can spend several hours or days before they run out of fuel and glide back down. If you can carry even more weight then you can spend weeks or months in space and glide back down. My two cents.

Turkey will introduce manned and unmanned space projects, Space Program will be announced by the end of this year.

With around 11,5m length and aprox 1,35m diameter two stage solid propellant BM, Turkey can reach more than 2200km (depends on warhead weight)

Df-21: 10,7m length and 1,4m diameter. With 600kg warhead, this missile can reach 2200km. Most likely, Df-21 can reach around 1500km with a warhead payload of 1t.

Df-26: 14m Length and 1,4m diameter. With 1800kg warhead, this missile can reach 3000km and 1200kg warhead- 4000km.

The Kuaizhou-11 (KZ-11), is a Chinese commercial launch vehicle.

Reportedly, the payload is about 1000 kg for low earth orbit and 700 kg for a sun-synchronous orbit.

The three stage rocket is possibly based on the DF-31 missile. It consists of three solid-fueled stages. The principal diameter is 2.2 m and the launch weight is 78 tons. the first stage features four grid fins. The vehicle is launched from a launch truck.
