No country in Europe would even look at Kaan until TF35K is ready and has flown. Even then it would be a very tough sell for majority of them (not that majority of them would be interested in it) because there is an inherit push against anything and everything when it comes to us. And younger lads might not remember but it isn't just because of the current government either (they haven't helped with it either, mind you), they can go tomorrow and most of the issues would still remain. We should use the current US-EU situation to draw in EU customers. Of course, there will need to be a delicate balance not to piss off the US too much when we still rely on them for engines.

There's no equivalent European engine to F110, and definitely not TF35000.KAAN wouldn't have any problems with the engines
Why?No, thanks!
I had predicted 48 Kaan for UAE, firm decisions can be made after the initial flight tests this year.
With Emiratis as a user, there's a non zero chance that Kaan will be used against us. It happened in the past with other stuff we sold. There are simply untrustworthy and do not deserve Kaan with all its capabilities. Why?
They will buy from someone else and be their slaves, we don't want that. You can take precautions to prevent smart weapons from being used against us allowing only defensive use of the weapons. We may as well embed our professionals in the UAE as overseeing consultants making sure unwanted hands never touch our systems. With Emiratis as a user, there's a non zero chance that Kaan will be used against us. There are no such systems in place. That's not how any of this works. They will buy from someone else and be their slaves, we don't want that. It is your system you can make your stipulations, the US made stipulations that were never acceptable for us. You can disallow even the use of CNC machines if the system is modified from its set up positions. You can even geofence systems allowing use only around homeland, disallowing being positioned far away. They will still be usefull to the user. There are no such systems in place. That's not how any of this works.
Again, this is why US is not selling F-35s to us or UAE and why Israel is trying their damnest to make sure US doesn't sell us F-35s.
It depends on software programming. With Emiratis as a user, there's a non zero chance that Kaan will be used against us. It happened in the past with other stuff we sold. There are simply untrustworthy and do not deserve Kaan with all its capabilities.

Because the UAE's leadership is composed of bloodthirsty maniacs with no shred of either honour or integrity in addition to their foreign policy being anti-Turkey and pro-Israel in essenceWhy?
