CAIRO (REUTERS) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan and Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz agreed in a phone call improve bilateral ties and solve outstanding disputes through dialogue, the Turkish presidency said early on Saturday.
Saudi state news agency SPA reported late on Friday that the king called Erdogan to coordinate efforts exerted within the work of the G20 summit, which will take place on Nov. 21 and 22.

Saudi Arabia and Turkey have been at odds for some years over foreign policy and attitudes towards Islamist political groups. The murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in 2018 sharply escalated tensions.
For more than a year, some Saudi and Turkish traders have speculated that Saudi Arabia was enforcing an informal boycott of imports from Turkey. Turkey's leading business groups urged Saudi Arabia last month to improve trade relations.
"President Erdogan and King Salman agreed to keep channels of dialogue open to improve bilateral ties and overcome issues," the Turkish presidency said in a statement, adding the two men had also discussed the G20 summit.

The current king is wise and it is heartwarming to see these two powerful Muslim countries solve their differences. The crown prince, however, is a fool. Turkey-KSA relations will deteriorate if the crown prince is not dealt with and removed.

Their protector has fallen. They were silencing Trump with spending hush-up money quite well. Now Democrats' president Biden might and most probably will bring back in the roadmap of Obama and choose to reconcile with Iran. Biden may pose some challenge to Saudis on the Khashoggi issue too. I feel he is going to be a problem for them.

All i can do is to congratulate Saudis for pursuing a pragmatic political path. Amazingly and surprisingly they are quick in taking action and reconciling with Turkey who is on the rise.

Lets wait and see whether UAE will follow the Saudis.

Only words have been said, actions show us their dog the UAE is traveling the world to finance the enemies of Turkey and the enemies of Islam.

It is time to make up with yahoudistan. We have more common goals with yahoudis than arabs, just keep them close but an arms length apart and we be fine.
