Warfare has changed a lot recently.
We've seen rapid change since 2020. The former Soviet Turkic states still have an old model. Uzbekistan is now attempting to restructure with the help of the Turkish military. It's the perfect time for change, as the old style of warfare is phasing out and there's a shift towards more cost effective solutions.
In my opinion there's a few major things that need to be taken into consideration.
With all this said, of course there's traitors and of course there are some trust issues. But it's best if we unite as soon as possible.

In my opinion there's a few major things that need to be taken into consideration.
- Shared C-UAS strategy and training for protection against terror organisations. In my opinion both PKK and potential extremist groups arising in Central Asia will likely heavily utilise FPV drones in the future. Would be heavily advisable for all members to invest in C-UAS. This might seem obvious but we've seen major powers struggle with this and it can't be ignored.
- Enhanced strategic depth and distributed production facilities. Whilst production of high tech aircraft will be mostly limited to inside Türkiye, missiles, drones, munitions and subsystem production facilities can be distributed across the Turkic World, so in the event of a war shipments can be made to support the member under attack, effectively making it impossible to stop the supply of arms.
- To aid number 2, there should be an increase in heavy lift aircraft across all members.
- Underground missile and drone launch sites. We've seen how Iran has done this. I think it's certainly worth it. Maybe it might not be worth heavily investing in this like Iran has, but it would add an extra layer of deterrence against any attacker.
- A relatively small joint counter-strike force. This would be really important in making this a serious force rather than some fake alliance. This force should be under the OTS flag, be highly mobile, flexible and have the means to interdict supply lines and destroy key facilities rapidly in support of the country under attack.
- An interoperable fighter/unmanned fighter and attack fleet. Going back to strategic depth, if Turkish aircraft are bought by other members, we could all together have a massive fleet that can operate as one of the need arises.
With all this said, of course there's traitors and of course there are some trust issues. But it's best if we unite as soon as possible.
