Air transport aircraft of the Qatar Army will be able to be deployed in Turkey.

According to the agreement signed on March 2, 2021, up to 36 Qatari aircraft will be available in Turkey.
The planes can also be used for Turkey's domestic and international needs.

2. Opportunity to examine the capabilities, performance, pros and cons of modern combat aircraft (F-15QA, Typhoon, Rafale).

Win-win deal for both countries. Qatari needs large airspace to train with aircraft such as F15 and Rafale etc. Exchange Turkey gets knowledge on Rafale, F15 and Typhoon. Hopefully EHTES and SDT ACMI is used.

Qatar Air Force can deploy their jets and pilots in Turkey for training purpose etc.

Mirage-2000 and Rafaela are planes that QAF have in their inventory. QAF has a standing order on F15.

Why is it stupid?
All he say is that Turkey is unlikely in the near future to go to war with any party which is able to threthen Turkish air-basis in Turkey.
