The veteran KC-135R Stratotanker Tanker Aircraft in the inventory of the Turkish Air Force (TurAF) is expected to be replaced with the new generation A330 Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) Aircraft from Airbus Defense & Space (ADS) in the coming years. The A330 MRTT was one of two candidates evaluated as part of the TurAF’s need for a New Generation Tanker Aircraft.

Air transport aircraft of the Qatar Army will be able to be deployed in Turkey.

According to the agreement signed on March 2, 2021, up to 36 Qatari aircraft will be available in Turkey.
The planes can also be used for Turkey's domestic and international needs.

"When I looked at the implementation procedures and other administrative and legal provisions, I got the impression of a system similar to the current cooperation of the Singapore Air Force with the USA.
As you know, because Singapore is such a small country, it has a permanent presence under treaties with some countries, including the USA, for pilot and personnel training. The most well-known of these is the Peace Carvin program and the training program in the USA https://mindef.gov.sg/oms/rsaf/careers/about-us/training-experiences.html
A number of aircraft are permanently stationed in the United States for the training of Singapore's F-16 and F-15 pilots. Training takes place there.

A similar system may be established with Qatar. This will benefit us in two ways:
1. Plenty of "tamper" opportunities with the Rafales (and maybe the Mirage 2000s too),
2. Opportunity to examine the capabilities, performance, pros and cons of modern combat aircraft (F-15QA, Typhoon, Rafale).

+By the way, in the 18th article of the aforementioned regulation, mutual negotiations, not international law, were addressed in the resolution of disputes. There is a similar article in the Memorandum of Understanding (MM) regarding participation in the F-35 project. Also on his A400M MM. Thought I'd drop a note ;)

Note: Turkish Air Force has used the C17 Globemaster from Qatar before, during delivery of logistics to Libya

Qatar Air Force can deploy their jets and pilots in Turkey for training purpose etc.

Mirage-2000 and Rafaela are planes that QAF have in their inventory. QAF has a standing order on F15.

I am already getting tired of your feigned stupidity. Pls only comment when you have something substantial to add.
Why is it stupid?
All he say is that Turkey is unlikely in the near future to go to war with any party which is able to threthen Turkish air-basis in Turkey.
