I mean an Osprey like UAV, is that possible.
That would be another type of propulsion, categorized otherwise. But particularly with electric propulsion anything is possible. When they can make it with turbine engines it is much easier to make them with electric propulsion. It adds some complexity to the system as there is a transition from vertical flight to horizontal but when they can make it with large platforms it should be a piece of cake with a small electric drone. Not sure why they chose a simpler but more reliable design. This design is inherently slower as there is one pusher propeller but also slightly more reliable as there is not need for transition. Simply put, it is easier to make. Maybe the next step up would be one with transition.

BNA is working on a tilt-rotor UAV.

There are also Chinese, Korean, Russian, and US examples.

I just wondered if baykar have any plan for vtol for tb2 ot tb3.It will be wonderful where you can simply park tb2 at house, store or even garage. You don't need a runaway and will be very usefull in time of war where your enemy can't find you instead of simply bomb the airport.

There are novelty flying machines that target to enable helicopter style vertical take off and landing capability. These type of vehicles have yet to prove their reliability and usefulness as they lack in some department when they shine in other areas. When they are faster they lack carrying capacity, or when they have carrying capacity they are slower. They are slowly entering service in marginal roles to complement planes and helicopters. Baykar have also entered this area with a 5kg carrying capacity flying wing type electric VTOL plane, small with a 5 meter wingspan. There is likely to be plenty of different designs of such flying machines in the next 5 years but each design will have to prove its wort which will take some time.

The problem with these machines is they are powered by electric motors and electric batteries. Batteries have limited power and the plane can only fly for a short time and with a small payload capacity. There is also the US Navy Osprey type planes that are powered by turbine engines but they are complex and they crash often.

However with improvements in supporting technology and more investment poured in the development of such machines it is a matter of time that they will make appearance in the field with different capabilities.

Drones Could Tip Balance In Ukraine War — For Russia

"So, with Ukraine fielding newly-acquired TB2s from Turkey — and using them in action against militants — we see comments like Francis Fukuyama’s recent tweet that “Ukraine’s use of Turkish drones could be a complete game-changer.”"

I am actually expecting that Turkey could supply akinci drones to Ukraine as a strategic partner and use it as force multiplier against pro russian targets.
Turkey would not in a rush to sell a drone like akinci to any country but ukraine in given circumstances. We supply them drones they supply us engines.
Even there has been exciting develeopments in military avation engines especially with ts1400, we still need some time to develop high power/thrust rating engines. Both countries cannot relly on any other parties but themselves which has made them perfect partners.

or maybe russia wants to try to look for a reason to make operation.and complaining about uav usage is just for finding a reason??

The UKS device manages the flight control system of the Supersonic Aerial Vehicle. It acts as an electrical bridge between sensors and equipment that assist flight control. For that purpose, UKS, which has different types of inputs and outputs, performs flight control with the information it receives from sensors and equipment. Also, it can record all flight data with its 1 GB NVM.

At TAI's critical partners, Pavotek is developing a supersonic flight control system for UAVs.

US-led coalition says only one Iraqi CH-4 UAV fully operable

"The CH-4 is not the only problematic UAV type in Iraq’s inventory. The inspector general report cited CJTF-OIR as saying the fleet of more than 10 US-made Insitu ScanEagle UAVs flew only two sorties between 1 March and 30 June because of a “combination of Iraqi training in the United States, a lapse in maintenance contracts, and problems with signal interference”.
