The real cost is totally unknown but the profit margin is known to be quite high.

There was a promotional video of Akinci, In the video Akinci was shown dropping 12x STM Alpagu block ii Kamikaze UAV's, it was even before Akinci first flight. But after all this time the status of STM Alpagu block i & ii are not clear. And haven't seen it in any test or promotional material of Akinci.

It has a long way to go. Alpagu has not been in the inventory yet. Akinci will carry new blocks of Alpagu, probably equal to Switchblade 600. 3-4 years needed.

STM Alpagu block i & ii............I will try to quote Ismail Demir "He said that when they show it STM Alpagu as platform and also use with other platforms. That he and other Allies start asking Questions: like we saw what and how AI on this platform can DO. Is there more about what can do this platform"
Conclusion of this ally questions was that They were AFRAID from this platform and Ismail Demir "SAID that Turkiye decide to put on hold some of available options as AI for Alpagu and similar products". Since then I see that they EVEN STOP SHOWING Real Videos about Progress
