Why was my post deleted? There was no politics in it. I didn't question his intentions. Being late to the game, he(Selçuk Bayraktar) openly criticizes the 5th generation(manned) fighter projects. Whether he is right or not is a matter of logical discussion not a political discourse.

Probably because you quoted a deleted post, all related posts are also deleted.

Are there any news about TAI's AKSUNGUR? According to wiki there are 7 operational AKSUNGUR s in Navy.
Why can't we hear about TAI's products?

AKSUNGUR could carry one 300mm Tiger rocket and it would be great .

I think it could fetch closer to $30 million. Specialised naval variant could sell for over $50 million. A lot of customers seem to like highly specialised packages.
Uav prices is high not because the parts used, but about Ai technology that operates the plane. US charges them high because you can not acquire from Many other sources. There are 3 credible countries that makes mq9 class drones
USA, ISRAEL, TURKİYE
So, why charge any potential buyer low prices, while US, Israel charges each drone around 100m usd.
Akinci has nothing less, even comes with broader munition package than any other alternative.

You’re making a good point. However, one more aspect has to be considered and that is Turkey’s current customer base. Selling to mid and low income countries naturally caps the price potential. If Turkey can start selling to developed countries then a price premium can be commanded.

I remember when TB2 was selling at around $3m to developing counties. For Poland and Ukraine the price is around $6m and with Romania the price could be above $10m. Romania allocated $300m for 18 TB2s.

Yep also the demand for TB2's is too high, and Baykar can't keep up with it, so naturally the price will go up.

Romania is not more prosperous or more developed than Poland.

But we don't know the exact details. It is the money they asked from their parliament, not necessarily the price of drones. Also, each sale contains a different amount of ammo, tech support, spare parts, etc. Some use different optics, which might require different sale processes (CATS or MX15). Since Baykar established a new production line, some might want to pay extra to get priority in the new line. Some might want to allocate more to produce domestically.

Anything important? Can't watch rn
It has RAM paint on it,
1.5 ton payload,
No problems with Ukrainian engine supply,
Fast and agile and can do air to air combat,
Both the one on show and the one in factory are real prototypes
A lot of ammo will be carried inside. Stealth is a priority for KE
Engine integration is currently going on
