It has to be a bomber, ever seen a fighter in that shape/form(triangle,nothing stickig out)?
Only China's J-36 while flying so far. That's something else, of course. What I meant was unless they want to make Anka-4 a fighter instead of a bomber. Imagine a bomb truck drone built around a single TF35K with massive internal weapon bays. But, a bigger Anka-3 that could carry more payload would obviously be great.

Why not a twin TF35K engine bigger drone with a dozen of Gazap's?

At that point we are going even beyond B-2 with the power mate. Although, we might want to strip the afterburner to lose some weight and not make it a target with the extra heat at any rate. And since Gazap is more or less like a MK84, a drone like that would probably carry dozens of that.

I would like to ask all members to use reputable sites and accepted experts’ views in the forum. It gives better understanding of events and cases as well as not put anyone sharing such articles, in a ludicrous and silly position.

What we have been waiting for a long time is moving forward. Italy to procure TB3 to operate aboard Cavour.

"Speaking before the Italian Senate’s Foreign Affairs and Defence Committee on 25 March, VAdm Berutti Bergotto confirmed that the service is moving forward with the Baykar-developed TB3 system, which is expected to operate from the aircraft carrier Cavour.

You know that this company has signed a cooperation agreement with Leonardo; therefore, the acquisition will be through Leonardo. It can be integrated on board the Cavour (aircraft carrier). This allows both surveillance and the possibility of carrying armament,” he said.

While the admiral names it as Leonardo, the TB3 Bayraktar can be available via LBA Systems, a strategic joint venture established by Italian industry giant Leonardo, and Turkish drone manufacturer Baykar, which bears the title of the largest unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) exporter worldwide. The statement provides the clearest indication to date that Italy intends to integrate a fixed-wing UCAV into its naval aviation component, complementing existing manned aviation assets and rotary-wing platforms."

We need Aselsan to show case and test their sonobuoy launcher for UAVs soon, that is going to turn TB3 into a true ISR monster for LHDs, alongside Fulmar-200, if it ever gets into production phase.

So, is IRST optional or baseline? Does it work with Toygun installed. Is there a power shortcoming to run them both or with the AESA radar? Or does it fit in the nose together with the AESA radar, questions questions.

There was a test with Murad + Toygun and I don't think Karat would draw significantly more power than Toygun so space would be the main problem I guess

This is probably the same Karat that will go on Kaan and maybe they can make a version of it that can fit in Kızılelma with no compromise made.

Probably not because Kaan has much more space an power generation capacity than Kizilelma.
