It's best for the three countries surrounding Ukraine to decide for themselves, Ukraine is facing an impending collapse, they're just counting time. A good leader lloks up to the benefit and interests of the country first and foremost. You know, many of what is now Ukrainian territory used to be part of Hungary, Poland and Romania not very long ago. They should make a deal with Russia that is, Russia should stop any advance pass Odessa and Kyiv. Poland could retake Lvov, Hungary could retake Transcarpathia and Romania could reclaim sovereignty over Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina.
That way everyone is happy and a major confrontation could be avoided between two opposing sides with nuclear weapons. In short Win-Win.

The $95 billion package contains $61 billion for Ukraine and regional partners.
One of the bills would provide nearly $61 billion to assist Ukraine and others in the region fight Russia – about the same that was included in the Senate bill.
Of that total, about $23 billion would be used to replenish US weapons, stockpiles and facilities, and more than $11 billion would fund current US military operations in the region.
Nearly $14 billion included in the bill would help Ukraine buy advanced weapons systems and other defense equipment. "

You're absolutely full of B.S... Anyone can read the actual bill and exactly what funding it provides for Ukraine and how it will be used.48.5 billion. 34 billion will be circulated straight to the MIC, to replenish stock and to fund US operations in Europe. 8 billion, as a loan, to the Ukrainian government to pay salary and keep the lights on. The remainder, less than 14 billion, goes to Ukraine to buy American weapons and ammo.
There is no money for the big ticket wunderwaffe, so no new tanks, air defence or even artillery. There's little left in the west to send anyway. What isn't in short supply is small arms, mortars and mines and as long as Ukraine can throw enough meat into the grinder the money will allow them to extend the war. Defensive war is cheap as long as you don't care about casualties. This will make the war last a bit longer and will lead to the deaths of a lot more Ukrainians, otherwise it makes no difference.
Of the aid to Israel, some $5.2 billion will go toward replenishing and expanding Israel’s missile and rocket defense system; another $3.5 billion will go to purchasing advanced weapons systems; $1 billion to enhance weapons production; $4.4 billion for other defense supplies and services provided to Israel; and some $2.4 billion to US operations in the region amid the Gaza war.
