What I recommend is quite simple Aga -
next time a Russian dares to post his propaganda, same as all our HAIL-Ukrainian friends do - keep an eye on members silencing them by name-calling... like hyenas eating them alive... if this board is still fair, you as the mods, have to act on every name-calling the same way to create a pleasant atmosphere for everyone...
you don't have to hire any Russians. The reason why I am not as active as some time ago: I don't have much time, but enough time to read... just not the time to participate... there was one thing bringing me to this point to criticize this thread - I said in a post before it's not about the forum, but more about this thread - the few Russians posting almost anything about Ukrainian losses, etc. got lynched instantly and that is not okay.... the reason I compared THIS THREAD to PDF? : The moment some of us said anything about or against China e.g., even if we got insulted for that first - our posts got canceled and we were accused of aggression and provocation... these are my concerns, nothing more or less...

Moderators already take action when there is a message that is in violation of the rules or is reported. Other situations are not related to the forum management but to the general attitude of the members. At such a time, if the messages of the Russian members encounter a general reaction from big majority of forum members in this topic, it is not because of the forum administration as well. We cannot decide the severity of the reactions. Mods checks if there is a violation within the rules. If there is an unfair attitude against a group of people or if you think that the Russians are not able to express themselves in this topic, I recommend that you send your advices with the names of the members you think are conducting a lynching campaign, instead of blaming the forum as a general call. In the least, you can report problematic messages this way instead of dragging the topic off its course like that. If that doesn't work, you can write your own recommendations in the sugesstion section. With such cheap examples, questioning the fairness of the Forum management or claiming to be taking sides will only harm you in our eyes.

As I understand, he is not putting a blame on anybody, just questioning a general attitude against Russian members posting under this particular thread. I guess he is right, but the solution is not moderation, but somehow extend forum’s tolerance to humour and a (bit of) sarcasm, because these two can go ways to create some kind of understanding between the opposites.

Maybe less wrekage, more analyses to involve everyone? Hey, I know …

Too much drama!

The forum is neutral.
I used to think that we ought to see things from the Russian prospective too until I found out that a vast majority of Russians support the invasion and actually encourage raping plundering and killing the civilians.
I still won't go "Slava Ukraine" or put the colours of their flag as support, but we've all seen how Ukrainians are bravely defending their land against a very powerful aggressor.
All that said, Russian propaganda machine is mostly lies and fabrications, frequently as sad attempts to save face after the multiple failures they have shown the world.
Despite the immense failure of the initial plan, and despite the evidence showing the torture and killings of civilians, the shameless looting, and the destruction of entire cities with their infrastructure by Russian occupiers, there's still Russians who shamelessly lie through their teeth and won't feel remorse for the atrocities their military have committed in Ukraine, or even Syria and Libya against unarmed civilians.
So, figure it out!

Everytime the TB2 drone gets dissed or bad mouthed a second later a video comes out.

As if somebody has taken it personally.

Russia has said once they neutralised all TB2s it seems they are all flying and striking targets.

What an embarassment my mums car even has better tyres than the Russian military.

I am sure that you could find the same claims on the Russian side - killing Russians and Russian POWs... just because the western media is feeding us with propaganda, where Ukrainian soldiers, with NAZI patches, lighting up some cigarettes, it doesn't mean, that these POW didn't get executed right after the cam turned off... that's almost the same as ARTE showing executions of harmless PKK soldiers in eastern Turkey back in 2015 - with emotional pressure - just cheap stuff... it's sooo fckn cheap I want to cry... Russians and Ukrainians are the same kinds - the only difference is: one piece of flesh invaded the other piece and tries to force the other piece of flesh back into a giant corp called the USSR -

I completely agree with you, even in a rough form, but Russians and Ukrainians are one shit. The Western media cover this war and tragedy from only one side, divide this pie into the right pieces and feed them. And your claims to the participants of this forum are quite justified. Instead of an objective assessment, the humiliation and discrimination of the Russian people became the subject of discussion. Russian Russian aggressors attacked Ukraine, rape and kill Ukrainian women, children and men, and all Russians are to blame, and all Russian moral freaks, and so on. The Forum does not provide such a guide for discussion, but most of the participants took the initiative into their own hands. We have repeatedly stated that we want to see adequate opinions and objective assessments on this forum, but so far, unfortunately, we only see aggressive attacks in the form of Russophobic shit. This undermines the authority of this forum. We see news discrediting the Russian army and its failures, and we perceive them with understanding and calmness, but our news from Russian sources, any news is ridiculed, rejected and not taken seriously.
