I think Ukraine would prefer some 1000 APC or some 5000 Humvees that US has tens of thousands on stock or desert.
This is mass war and they need equipment for thousands of soldiers. Yes, there is time for planes but basic needs first.

They have to train on west made planes for the future and I'm happy for that but I am frustrated with that slow drip by drip help with heavy equipment.
