The failure of this disastrous and misguided invasion of Ukraine stems entirely from Putin, but Russians cannot question their dictator. This is why the war will reach its natural conclusion of the complete defeat of Russia in Ukraine.

If the stem of the failure cannot be countered, nothing can done to divert course.

Failure in Afghanistan, Iraq etc hasn't brought the questioning of the Elected Dictators in the west either after all it is all misinformation as " Fact Checkers " say.

Those wars were great business for the biggest american businesses. Even Bush whose family made their fortune in oil made massive gains by destroying Iraq. Those wars and conflicts were great successes for the military industrial complex.

Right bank of river Dnipro is fully liberated.
I'm afraid that now Kherson is waiting for the fate of Nikolaev. It will be shelled by artillery from the left bank.

Ukrainians need to aggressively carpet bomb the other side of the river to make sure that their side which is full of civilians won't be shelled at least.
That being said, cruise missiles and kamikaze drones may still find their way to residential areas in Kherson, but the Ukrainians have a slightly better defence against them and Russia hasn't got a lot of them left in their inventory.

Think about it this way, Ukraine having recapture Kherson meant a safer Nikolayev and Odessa. Off course now Kherson will bear more of the brunt Odessa has been carrying since the shahed first came. Ukraine options now is to either cross the river and push the frontline further from Kherson, or fortify and redeploy troops for offensive elsewhere.

Me personally thinks the later would be the wiser choice.
