Only deal should be complete independence and sovereignty for Ukraine, with all occupied territories returned and for Russia to completely compensate Ukraine for all the damage they have caused.
Otherwise keep flooding Ukraine with more and more advanced weaponry, keep the sanctions on Russia and watch that nation rot away over the next 20 years.
