Greece 🇬🇷 has announced a new $200 million usd military aid package for Ukraine. The details of the package have not yet been released, but it's likely to consist of armored vehicles. USA 🇺🇸 just agreed to sell Greece 40 F-35s and in the process, gifted them 60 Bradley IFVs, 2 C-130H and 10 engines for P3s. The "gift" was more than likely "sweetner" so that Greece would send this package. This is a clever way of USA continuing to get military aid to Ukraine, despite needing Congress to pass additional drawdown authority to do it directly.

Some of the military hardware that Greece possesses and Ukraine uses include BMP-1 IFVs, Leopard 1 and Leopard 2 MBTs, M113 APCs, M109 howitzers + ammunition, etc.

You are becoming disgusting with such posts.

How about this? You are full of anger, you become less and less objective.

Almaz Antey is a Russian company best known for its specialization in air defense equipment (S-300/300V/400/500). This is the company you go for when you want to protect civilians under the protective umbrella of missiles. We know as the war prospects are getting worse, Kyiv has resorted to mass retaliation against Ukrainians in Russian-administered areas.

If you want to hit military targets, like that Hotel in Kharkiv that is used to house French mercenaries, you go with something like SS-26 Onyx or Kh-22 which are produced in plants like NPO Mashinostroyeniya, KBM Kolomna or Raduga, not Almaz Antey.

Your comments are worse than the typical Russian paid bot.

Nope, I don't want money, I have enough. I'm here for the truth.

Just because he's got a different opinion than yours, doesn't give you the right to attack him personally.
@MaciekRS you're a mod. You should know better.
Amen, I never understood ppl that attack others personally on a forum because they post something that goes against what they believe or think.

Isn't it disgusting to write such stupid comments? Medvedev that is talking every day how Ukrainians must be basically wiped out visits a weapon producing facility, and our Indonesian friend here claims that the Russian missiles protect the Ukrainian civilians.

Russia has been using S-300 missiles for ground to ground attacks on a regular basis since the start of the war, and has killed many civilians, including children, with those “air defence” missiles.

Saying that Russian missiles are protecting Ukrainians is just evil cynicism.

Russia is killing Ukrainians, not protecting them, and the thug Medvedev who visited the factory would like to wipe them off the map.

He didn’t post a differrent opinion this time, he just stated a blatant cynical lie with the purpose of having fun at the expense of the Ukrainian civilians that have been killed by Russian missiles. And yes, such statements are disgusting.

“These are the territories of other countries.” — Former Romanian FM Andrei Marga a while ago

Andrei Marga is a known traitor who sold himslef to the Kremlin. The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs distanced itself from the statement of this former official, saying that it fully supports the sovereignity and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

It's a matter of opinion. Gary hasn't said anything out of order and I think he mostly wants to show the hypocrisy of the west which one has to be blind not to notice it.
Besides, Ukraine is being championed as heroes by the same double standard western media while we all know what has been going on there years before the Russian invasion.
Also Ukraine is on the side of Israel which makes no sense giving the situation that they're in. And they happen to have said worse things than Medvedev about wiping out Palestinians.

All that would never justify some Russian soldiers' actions or their politicians' remarks but it's always useful to have a glimpse on the other side's perspective.

We saw Russia fail miserably in the first year of the invasion and still making a lot of mistakes due to poor intelligence, sycophants, inadequate logistics, bad planning, etc.
But we can also witness that they are rapidly recovering, (also economically) and learning from their mistakes and are giving the Ukrainians a hard time.

Let's not all go blindly after one thing or another, but do our own research too.

Interesting story coming out of Europe. Per the Financial Times, the EU has divised a plan to sabotage Hungary's economy, as well as withhold any EU funding from them (which they desperately need) if Viktor Orban attempts to block the 50 million Euro aid package for Ukraine that Europe intends to pass this week.

The article specifically sites a plan to destroy Hungary's internal currency, pull direct investment from the country and influence other foreign investors to pull put as well. The idea would be to destroy Hungarian jobs and it's growth trajectory, spook European markets and put a run on Hungarian currency holdings.

Damn, if that's true, the EU isn't screwing around. They're sending a clear message to Hungary that if Orban wants to be in bed with Putin, he better be prepared for the people of his country to suffer enormous hardship in support of that position.

Obviously this has been communicated to Orban, and that's why we're hearing whispers of Hungary's position shifting.
