It is a bit like saying Pakistanis build modern Dhaka. When it used to be one country, it was actually our money. It would be same for Ukraine and Russia when both were USSR. On April 19, 2024, the Russian manufacturer of combat vehicles Uralvagonzavod published new footage of the visit of Russian Defense Minister Army General Sergei Shoigu. During this visit, it was announced that the production of TOS-1A Solntsepek - heavy flamethrower missile systems - has been increased by 250%. This increase is a response to the increased demand for this powerful weapon from the Russian Armed Forces, especially in the context of the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine.

Known for its destructive firepower, the TOS-1A is a key component of Russia's artillery arsenal and has been in active use since the start of the conflict with Ukraine in February 2022. Described as one of the most destructive weapons systems in the world, the TOS-1A acts similarly to a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) that launches 220mm rockets filled with a thermobaric mixture.

The decision to increase production is not only due to the increase in production capacity, but also reflects the strategic importance of these systems on the battlefield.

For additional protection, improvements were made to the design of the TOS-1A:

• installed "Cope Cage" armor against FPV drone strikes and loitering munitions,
• the Wavecutter mobile electronic warfare system was installed.

The losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the beginning of the special military operation amounted to almost half a million people, and our army dispelled myths about the superiority of Western weapons during the NWO. This was announced on April 23 at the board of the Russian Ministry of Defense by its head Sergei Shoigu. He also announced the imminent delivery of the first samples of the S-500 systems to the troops and a twofold increase in the production of the Pantsir air defense system. A missile and cannon system effective at short ranges is necessary to combat drones, which are increasingly used on the line of contact, experts believe. Therefore, Ukraine will receive approximately 5000 GMLRS it 2024 and 7000 in 2025. That said, HIMARS have additional usage as well. They can be retrofitted to Boeing's new GLSDB and they also fire ATACMS ballistic Missiles. Combined, with additional ordinance donated from U.S. stockpiles, using PDA, Ukrainian HIMARS with be able to perform approximately 600-700 strike missions per month, at various ranges.

Update on USA aid for Ukraine. The Senate passed the first of two votes that will enable Congress to pass the U.S. aid bill as early as tonight and most likely, tomorrow. The Cloture vote passed in an overwhelming 80-19 majority. With Cloture comes a 30 hour debate rule. The new bill, will more than $23 Billion usd in direct aid for Ukraine, will pass in the next 24 hours.

Furthermore, USA has pre-positioned a substantial military aid package in Poland, which is awaiting the Senate vote. It's valued at approximately $1 Billion usd and it will come directly from Presidential Drawdown Authority. It will consist of, among other things...

- ATACMS Ballistic Missiles
- Patriot PAC-3 Missiles
- 155mm artillery shells
- GMLRS for HIMARs
- Bradley M2-ODS IFVs
- Anti-armor weapons
- Small arms ammunition

Where did you get that 50% numbers? Sounds unrealistic. At best Ukraine will receive 20% of total GMLRS prldcition, likely less.

they need to announce when that production will happen such as when in 2024 if they are promised to get it doubled and than delivered. I don't think they have the time to set up another counteroffensive if the one they are planning for this year will fail harder than the one in spring in 2023.

They will still absolutely be short on shells, rockets and patriot missiles if they are planning their next counteroffensive this year, so we know where most of that money will go on your list since time is urgent for them right now.

USA Senate has officially passed the supplemental aid bill. The vote was 79-18 in favour. President Biden will sign the bill into law tomorrow and the first if many desperately needed aid packages for Ukraine will be announced.

The equipment and arms are already in Poland and might start shipping as soon as tonight.

Tens of thousands of more Russians will never make it back home to their families. This supplemental package ensures that reality... This is the perfect time for additional European countries to announce ramping up of aid, with USA firmly on board.

I think Russia should go all out this summer, capture more land and then fortify.

The West is spending billions to arm Ukraine for another offensive. Looking at the successful Russian defense last year, I think it would be the best course of action to repeat the feat.

The good thing now is Ukraine is running out of manpower, and most importantly WILLING manpower to fill up the battalions. This is something money cannot buy. Ukraine's ruling elite will of course try to prove that investing money in Ukraine is worth the effort and will likely stage another offensive similar to the ones we're seeing last year.

Another failed offensive and we'll likely see the collapse of Western will to arm Ukraine indefinitely.

The more Russia fortify, the more equipment will be destroyed trying to overcome it and most importantly the more Ukrainian soul will die trying to clear it.

Once the back of the Ukrainian army is broken, Kyiv and Odessa is in sight.

USA President Joe Biden speaking at the White House right now. He has signed the new aid bill into law and to paraphrase, he said the following.

" Aid will begin to flow into Ukraine within literally hours. Air defense, artillery shells, rockets and armored vehicles that they need".

The West Must keep it's eye on the prize here.

1. Ensure that Kyiv stands and Ukraine remains a country independent of Russia, who can join the EU and NATO when the war is done.

2. Ensure that Ukraine continues to receive what it needs to exhaust the Soviet stockpile of weapons that was left to Russia. The Russians will never be able to afford to mass so much equipment again. It must be exhausted so that their ability to project hard power is ruined for a generation.

3. Make this war as costly on Russia as possible, to ensure that maximum resources are poured into the war effort, causing continued inflation inside Russia (further hurting their standard of living), forcing them to sell off all of their valuable foreign currency reserves to keep their economy stable. Ensure that Russia leaves the war in a dark place economically.
