The Defense Contact Group for Ukraine met virtually yesterday and several new military aid packages for Ukraine were announced as a result. I'll capture some them below.
Germany

announced that they have officially upped their military aid to Ukraine for 2026 to $13.5 Billion usd ($1.125 billion usd per month) while they did not disclose exact quantities, the focus deliveries will consist of the following:
- IRIS-T SLM/SLS Air Defense Systems
- Skyranger 30 Air Defense Systems
- Marder IFVs
- Leopard 1A5 MBTs
- Panzerhaubitze 2000 Howitzers
- IRIS-T Air Defense Missiles
- Patriot Air Defense Missiles
- 155mm Artillery Shells
- Gepard Air Defense Ammunition
- Multi Variant Drones
- 120mm and 105mm Tank Ammunition
- Small Arms Ammunition
- Spare Parts and Maintenance
Poland

announced a significant military aid package to Ukraine the likes of which we've not seen yet during the war. The package consists of the following:
- 155mm Artillery Shells
- 6-8 Mig-29 Fighter Jets upon their retirement at the end of 2025
- Undisclosed joint procurement efforts using using the $51.5 Billion usd worth of low interest SAFE loans that Poland is receiving from the EU.
Norway

announced that they will provided Ukraine $7-7.5 Billion usd in military aid for Ukraine in 2026. The money will funds numerous initiates including:
- PURL packages from USA
- Czech Ammunition Initiative
- F-16 Pilot Training
- British Drone Coalition
- AIM-120 / AIM-9 Missiles for NASAMs
- Funding for Ukraine's domestic arms industry
Britain

announced a new $800 million usd military aid package for Ukraine focused on air defense. The package consists of the following:
- Thousands of Martlett air defense missiles.
- ASRAAM air defense missiles.
- Automated anti-drone turrets.
- $472 Million usd is also being used to expand British drone production for Ukraine to 100,000 units in 2026.
Canada

announced a new military aid package for Ukraine valued at $500 million usd. The package consists of the following:
- AIM-9 Air Defense Missiles
- 18 Infrared imaging and targeting systems
- AIM-7 and AIM-9 rocket motors
- $50 million usd to the Drone Capability Coalition
- $200 million usd to a PURL package from USA
- The Czech Republic

announced that theh have already secured funding for 2026 to provide Ukraine with 760,000 artillery shells. They will continue to seek funding to reach 1 million shells, which Germany, France, Britain, Poland and USA (through PURL) combine to provided Ukraine close to another million shells.
Denmark

announced a new military aid package for Ukraine valued at $294 million usd. The contents of the package were not released. Denmark also announced that it would be donating an undisclosed sum of money to the next PURL package for Ukraine.
The Netherlands

announced a new military aid package for Ukraine valued at $815 million usd. The package consists of the following:
- AIM-9 and AIM-120 missiles for F-16s
- $700 million usd to purchase drones for Ukraine, $400 million of which will fund Ukraine's domestic drone production.
- Estonia

, Latvia

and Lithuania

announced new militsry aid packages for 2026 that will again represent 0.25% of each of their respective GDPs. This includes the following:
- $259 Million usd from Lithuania
- $167 Million usd from Estonia
- $130 Million usd from Latvia
All funds wills be used to support initiatives such as PURL, The Czech Ammunition Coalition and the Brotish led Drone initiative.
Luxembourg

announced a new military aid package for Ukraine valued at $120 million usd. The package consists of the following:
- $100 million usd towards the Czech Ammunition Initiative
- $20 million usd towards a PURL package
Portugal

announced a minor military aid package for Ukraine valued at $12 million usd. The package will exclusively funds the purchase of drones from an unamed source.
New Zealand

announced a minor military aid package for Ukraine valued at $15 million usd. The entirety of the package will be used to help fund a PURL package for Ukraine.
Montenegro

announced that theh will contribute to an upcoming PURL package for Ukraine. However, they did not disclose how much they will be contributing.
