Now that the Russian grip on Crimea seems to be weakening (more attacks, the main supply road through southern Ukraine being within range of Ukrainian drones), I wonder how secure post-2014 Russian immigrants feel. Are they starting to leave to go back to Russia?

A Ukrainian naval drone exploded in the Romanian port of Constanta. The Romanian Ministry of Defense stated that naval drones of this type are being used in the war in Ukraine. According to media reports, the naval drone was detected at 5:50 AM this morning, and the explosion occurred around 10:30 AM. The drone had a timer installed. Other reports indicate that the drone became stuck in booms. The Romanian Navy previously destroyed a Ukrainian naval drone, the Sea Baby.

5 Russian cargo vessels in the Sea of Azov targeted and damaged / destroyed by Ukranian drones overnight. These ships have been used to transport Russian military cargo to multiple ports including Berdyansk and Crimea.

More destruction of Russian logistics as Ukraine attempts to make Southern Ukraine and Crimea nearly unliveable for Russians.

Maybe the most disturbing content released yet by a Ukrainian drone unit. The 414th Brigade released the following video today demonstrating their work in the massacre of Russian infantry recently by the dozens.

What makes this one especially disturbing is that they paused the footage of many if the strikes to zoom in the on the faces of the Russians thay were about to be killed, to the point thay they are easily identifiable. Of course the point of this tactic is to get the footage back to other Russian invaders that are using vpns, so give them an up close an personal idea of how lonely, panicked and horrifying their likely deaths will be.

Warning: not for the faint of heart.

Along with Belgium 🇧🇪 , Ukraine will jointly produce FZ275 LGR 70mm laser guided rockets. The rockets have already been successfully tested in Ukraine and will provide Ukraine with another cheap option to destroy Russian drones.

The rockets have a range of 3km and have a built in laser guidance kit. They feature 7000 ball bearings and are designed to explode within the vicinity of a drone a shred it, very similar to scatter shot from a shotgun.

The rocket is compatible with the American ground based "Vampire" air defense system, and can also be fired from Ukraine's F-16s and Mi-8's via a specialized rocket pod that houses up to 4 rockets simultaneously.

The rockets will be imported from Belgium initially, with 10,000 units to be produced in 2026, before beginning serial production in Ukraine. Production rates in Ukraine will be 100,000 units per year beginning in 2028.

Another day, more complete savaging of Russian logistics by Ukrainian mid strike drone units. The Ukrainians are absolutely determined to starve the Russian's of supplies along the front lines, with the goal of making this upcoming winter absolute hell for Russians short of water, food, ammunition and fuel.

Meanwhile, Ukraine dropped another video, this one from the SBU, absolutely ahnihilating Russian infantry with drones. Russians bloggers are sending reports of Russian infantry facing 20-70 drones per assaulting infanteer, giving them absolutely not chance of survival as they attempt to advance.

Dozens more Russians die in this video.

With Ukraine back on the front foot, NATO is considering a new scheme to send Ukraine $45 Billion usd in bi-lateral military funding in 2027. This would be on top of the $105 Billion usd loan from the EU. The $45 Billion mechanism would be shared among participating NATO members, rather than individual EU members making commitments. This would ensure that all NATO members share the burden equally and the likes of France 🇫🇷, Italy 🇮🇹, Canada 🇨🇦 and Spain 🇪🇸 don't get to spend proportinately less than the others.

I'll wait to see what comes of this. NATO could have made a big difference early in the war but held back. Why the interest in helping Ukraine now?

Help would be welcome all the same.

With Russia's civil economy showing signs of severe damage eg 200,000 small and medium size businesses reported to have closed down this year (many rendered unviable by VAT regulation changes from Jan 1) and the financial outlook for the Russian government dire, another 45 billion USD for Ukraine may put Ukraine in a position to start dominating in this war.

Bering strait project which would boost US, Russia and China's economy.

I am not much of a gore fan like most pro-ukraine users on social media sites that show strikes on people, but I prefer vehicles instead.

lost armour with footage.
Lancet strikes: 4,796 targets. https://lostarmour.info/tags/lancet
FPV drone strikes: 52,176 targets https://lostarmour.info/tags/fpv seems the latest update was May 24th, maybe opsec reasons with how fast the front is changing or they do updates in periodic batches. The concern is not about equipment, it's how many able bodies Ukraine can muster.

Rubicon records 31,234 strikes

You all might laugh at this but know it's true. This is why they are still fighting, the secret weapon is called, "testosterone."

over 50,000 recorded FPV strikes on Ukrainians and Ukrainians still fighting. I assure you all if it was other than Poland but France, UK, Germany or Israel instead they would have raised the white flag a long time ago.

Back of cigarette pack calculation:

Ukraine 2022 population 40 million
life expectancy 80 years
500.000 people in each year of age range 1-80
250,000 males in each year of age range 1-80

since 2022 1 million males have reached age of 27 but some are living outside of Ukraine

So... I think Ukraine can muster a few males. Another million, too, if men aged 21-24 were conscripted.

It's not a matter of giving Ukraine extra help. Rather it's countries like Germany 🇩🇪, Norway 🇳🇴, Sweden 🇸🇪, Denmark 🇩🇰 and The Netherlands 🇳🇱 annoyed by the fact that they are contributing disporportionately more to Ukraine's defense (which is a NATO deterrent proxy war if we're being honest) than other wealthy countries such as Spain 🇪🇸, Britain 🇬🇧, Canada 🇨🇦, France 🇫🇷 and Italy 🇮🇹. What Germany is pushing for is a pooled amount of NATO funding in 2027 equating to about $14 Billion usd more than in 2026, shared equally per capita between NATO members (not including the United States).

The British army lost thousands in 1940. 40,000+ civilians killed through German aerial bombardment 1940-1941. No white flag.

I am sure that many people in Ukraine would prefer to die fighting or enduring the Russian strikes than to surrender their land to the invader. Just like the British would have done had Germany invaded in 1940 and the Russians did when Germany invaded in 1941 and the Germans did when the allies invaded their country in 1945.

how many do you think are even loyal or prideful (whats needed to fight for a country) about the UK other than their history books bashing them for their colonial past?

You might want to update to the current year which is 2026 then 2022.

Ukraine has now successfully deployed HX-2 drones from German manufacturer Helsing. Germany ordered 10,000 units for Ukraine, however, the initial units were having issues with accuracy and being jammed. Helsing has made some unspecified upgrades to the drones and they are now starting to make a signficant impact in Ukraine.

HX-2 has a range of 100-120km and packs a shaped anti-armor charge, making it ideal for mid range strikes vs Russian artillery and armored vehicles. It's Germany's answer to Russia's Lancet drone and has significantly more range.

Russias website lostarmour is the only site with "recordings" So as you know me, I am curious if Ukraine even has a similar site? This is the only site I got from kyiv independent news source.
but even this site doesn't show any recordings.

Sadly we cant compare who has more FPV UAV recordings to see who has it worse, but the dead body exchanges from 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 always favored Russia. It is hard to recover dead bodies if the other side is advancing yes, but Russia has not always been advancing where the exchange results are all the same favoring Russia.
