STM started the construction activities of the second MİLGEM Corvette for Ukraine as the main contractor.

Ukraine had ordered 1+3 ADA Class corvette type warships to Turkey in 2020. The Hetman Ivan Mazepa Corvette, built in Turkey for the Ukrainian Navy under the prime contractorship of STM, was launched with a ceremony held last year.

According to the information obtained by SavunmaSanayiST.com from defense sources; Türkiye also exported the second MİLGEM Corvette to Ukraine. The construction activities of the second corvette started at the end of 2022.
