@Rooxbar @Afif

You're point on the Adelson money and general Zionist pressure is true for sure. At the same time, Musk, who is anti-neocon, reportedly gave $75 mill. as opposed to Adelson's $100 mill, and he provides a lot of value besides money as well. Time will ultimately tell, one thing about Trump is he is unpredictable.

Looking at the appointments so far, it looks to me like he is deliberately appointing weaklings with Zionist credentials, perhaps to ensure himself being unchallenged within the executive. Some of these appointments, like you memed above, are ridiculous. The one that stands out to me though, and frankly that has given me a jolt of optimism, is Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence. What do you guys think?

Why would you be optimistic about Gabbard?

Well her whole thing for the last 10 years has been campaigning against the neocons, and pushing against foreign interventions. She has previously advocated against US involvement in Syria, and Ukraine. She is however hawkish on Israel. At least in terms of the interests of Turkiye, those POV's come out as a net positive imo.

Regardless, whether or not she will be able to exercise influence remains to be seen. I've heard that a good chunk of the rank and file in the intelligence agencies are disillusioned with their superiors, so she might be able to work with the middle to bottom of the hierarchy against the top.

Gaetz as well, besides being a total bonehead, has been pretty critical of the "uniparty" and intelligence communities hijacking of the country.

Heh. Pretty funny. That thing the other day with Vivec just going "anyone in public service with a social security number ending in an even number stays, anyone with one ending in an uneven one is fired" was hilarious/wild, too. He's not serious of course, but the meltdowns over it must have been great.

Funny but even having a Department of Government Efficiency run by two people should go on the list of "stupid shit".

Also apparently Trump nominated Mehmet Oz to run the CMS. Which if it passes would make him the first Turkish-American to run a US federal agency.
