London – Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia bersama dengan Kementerian Pertahanan Kerajaan Inggris melaksanakan pertemuan The 3rd Joint Defence Cooperation Dialogue (JDCD) Indonesia – United Kingdom (UK) atau Pertemuan Ke-3 Dialog Kerjasama Pertahanan Indonesia dan Inggris.

Pada pertemuan JDCD yang dilaksanakan, Rabu (24/11) di Kementerian Pertahanan Inggris, Whitehall, London tersebut, Delegasi Kemhan RI dipimpin oleh Direktur Strategi Pertahanan (Dirjen Strahan) Kemhan RI Mayjen TNI Dr. rer. pol Rodon Pedrason, M.A., didampingi Dirkersinhan Ditjen Strahan Kemhan Brigjen TNI J. Binsar Parluhutan Sianipar.

Sementara itu, dari Delegasi Kemhan Inggris dipimpin oleh Director of International Security Policy, UK MoD Mr. Nick Gurr didampingi Head Of International Policy and Strategy – Indo Asia-Pasific Ms. Trish Wilson.

Pada pertemuan tersebut, kedua belah pihak saling bertukar pandangan tentang kebijakan pertahanan negara masing-masing kedua negara dan rencana kerja sama pertahanan dan militer 2022 – 2023. Pertemuan juga membahas terkait upaya peningkatan potensi kerja sama industri pertahanan kedua belah pihak.

Pertemuan JDCD Indonesia – UK merupakan forum pertemuan bilateral pertahanan Indonesia-Inggris tahunan sebagai implementasi dari Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Indonesia Concerning Cooperative Activities in the Field of Defence yang ditandatangani oleh kedua Menhan pada tanggal 1 November 2012.

JDCD bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi ruang lingkup kerja sama, memfasilitasi kerja sama industri pertahanan, merancang program kerja sama pertahanan, mengawasi implementasi program kegiatan, mengevaluasi permasalahan yang timbul, serta membuat laporan setiap pertemuan. 1. Stuff above is a alternative way to deliver 90 mm HE.
2. Have possibility to shoot and scoot.
3. Accuracy probably worst than BM 21 Grad.
4. For the misaligment rocket the user should make the rocket fly in spinning motion. Angular momentum define the accuracy of the material that travel accros distance. Therefore, constant angular motion is needed to achieve such accuracy, although sacrifice some its kinethic energy.

besides i didn't see any potential use for 90mm MLRS in land theatre, instead using it for naval based application like decoy or chaff dispenser/launcher on some modern warship.
