If those companies register their products to Kemenkominfo, they have to follow rules of respective ministry, including, moderation of contents which we don’t know where is moderate or not moderate enough for the ministry, and give the authorities/government what called as data spesifik pribadi which means based on permen as personal life/sexual orientation, political inclination, etc, if asked. Means the government can ‘legally’ get our personal specific data.

Registered or not, i still have to used VPN to open porn here lol, same for this very case.

About that moderation stuff, i think only one entity needed to consider the content must be deleted or not, which has the great risk of deletions without check and balances and others you can think. They don’t like something, delete that without other side or other entities check that. Even Singaporean POFMA that already called by many as not respecting freedom of speech not just one entities needed to delete what’s on internet.

There are a lot of free documents from the US, French, and British military on all military subjects produced by their doctrine offices, can't believe they missed that out and resort to some non-credible sources.

It's not like we get help from some consulting companies like Booz Allen, McKinsey and BCG, so very possible MoD tailored policies are not that based.

That's why if I can choose ministers I rather chose someone that ever worked with heavy brainstorming through experience of worked with big companies, banks or well known consulting companies rather than military background that not or poorly exposed with big companies level problem solving.
