Sambernyowo refuged and fought against VOC and his family from Mataram lines, Royal of Yogyakarta, in mountainous region around Pacitan.
After Perjanjian Salatiga, Sambernyowo got his territory and became Mangkunegara I, his force during the insurgency then trained by the european and became Legiun Mangkunegaran.

Fought against Sepoy force (British) during the Napoleonic Wars with the French and Dutch. After that fought with the British against Yogyakarta again (Geger Sepoy). Kasunan Surakarta didn’t had troops with such force, Dutch believed Mangkunegaran more.

Now Mangkunegaran is part of what many people talks about central government backing for Mayor of Solo, because the renovation of the palace using state budget (APBN). Bhre, the Mangkunega now is siting in KAI board of directors (komisaris KAI), understandable since Stasiun Balapan was made by mbah’e, the well known Mangkunegaran IV.

Many people talking about Abu Bakar Ba’asyir recent support to a presidential candidate.

Not gonna talking about the politics, but what gonna happen if Megawati agreed to US “extraordinary renditioned” him? Just like Omar Al-Faruq, maybe killed somewhere in Iraq or forever in Guantanamo without trial lol.

BIN with the help of Army’s Gultor caught Omar Al-Faruq (AP involved) and hand over him to US (extraordinary renditioned). Early “war on terror”, Densus 88 not yet made so they got him with the help of then US sanctioned Kopassus lol.

Edit:
Btw, he kind of badass tho. 80s Afghan Mujahideen ties lol

So Pakistan has just retaliated by bombing Iran. You know, IRGC bombing Pakistan just shows that these IRGCs had no strategic planning and worked merely on impulse and prejudice. Today it's Pakistan, tomorrow who knows. Good for Pakistan they have a strong military at its disposal and all of Iran's territory is within reach of Islamabad's arsenal of missiles and jets. Not to mention Pakistan is a nuclear-armed country.

What if one day the IRGC decided that Indonesia is becoming a "Zionist ally" or no longer tolerate their tankers detained by BAKAMLA for illegally transferring oil in Indonesian waters, and decided to send a few ballistic missiles our way? What is our plan of retaliation for such contingency? As it stands we do not have the know-how to make missiles that can reach Thailand, let alone Iran.

The best we can do is create a cruise missile-submarine fleet, armed with long-range land attack cruise missiles that could sneak undetected close to Iran's shore before launching salvoes their way. A VLS-equipped variant of the T214 or Scorpene would be wise.

The other option is to train the Air Force for VERY long-range bombings, but that is not possible without the Air Force getting equipped with:
  • YUGE numbers of tankers
  • long-range air launched LACM (taurus KEPD, SCALP)

During Operation Blackbuck, it took RAF, 15 Victor tankers to support 4 Avro Vulcan long-range bombers to carry out airstrikes 12000+km away in the Falklands from their base in Ascencion in two waves

Considering that both Rafales and Eagle IIs have substantially less ferry range and even smaller combat radius than an Avro Vulcan, we would need something more or less the same number of tankers to sustain an estafet of refueling tankers on station, for a hypothetical flight of Rafales/Eagle IIs heading to Iran via the Indian Ocean 6000+kms away.

My wish is the air force to revise its requirements for tankers to at least 10 MRTTs/KC-45s with both drogue and boom-type refueling and twice that number of KC-130 with drogue-type refueling or even better A400M MRTT.

The A330 MRTTs and KC-130/A400M will be used to support each other to stay aloft while waiting for the strike package to come refuel. I'm imagining that our tanker's estafet would be as far as Sri Lanka or even much further, because nearing the Arabian sea, Rafales would have to significantly reduce altitude to sneak below Iranian coastal radars detection zone and flying low burns a lot of fuel.

It will also help if some of the Rafales we buy be equipped with a boom refueler for buddy-buddy refueling. It helps reduce the burden for the tankers on station as well.

and 300Km away from targets, its time for long-range cruise missiles like the SCALP to do their job

I always consider tanker before AWACS btw, Whn it comes to AWACS we could nebeng to friendly allies just in case we are attacked and decide to join a collective military alliance. But tankers ? rarely do people want to borrow it for anyone for offensive missions except if you're part of a Western alliance.

Companies called Metrea and Omega have air refueling service btw, but I’m sure US have to know it first. And also, about the long flight to Middle East, don’t forget that Pelita’s B707 sent old AKs to Pakistan, they were transit to Diego Garcia for a while.

For Hajj/Umroh flights, B777 or A330 doesn’t need to transit. Lion sometimes use B737 Max for the flights, and it needs to transit in India for refueling.

Assume the AEW aircraft is E-7 which based on B737 NG, maybe the flight plan (FPL) gonna be similar with that Lion B737 Max Umroh flight.

Don’t worry FPL is not pilots job, but FOO or Navigator corps of the Air Force.

Jadi FOO apa navigator tu sumpah gak gampang. Dari sini mau kesana, nyari alternate 1, 2, 3, yang masing-masingnya TOD (Top of Descent) nya beda-beda. Jenis-jenis fuel, fuel alternate lah, apalah. Plotting-plotting pake penggaris.

I don't know if US defense contractors are allowed to do contracts with foreign governments without Washington's approval. And forgot using Diego Garcia, the U.S ain't allow that.

For those who maybe confused why NK (that many known as Marxist-Leninist) are selling or giving weapons to Hezbollah and Hamas (or maybe even PIJ) that has Islamist thought, anti-western imperialism is what unites them, forget political spectrum or worst, monolithic right-left no in between (not think political thought as spectrum) way of thinking.

PLO (Fatah, PFLP, DFLP) who was backed by the Soviet back during the Cold War was even trained Khomeini supporters before the 1979 event. If we see it through right-left lens, that didn't make any sense, but knows what united them, anti-westernism and the Shahanshah (King of the Kings; Persian honorary term for the king) could be seen as western stooge. But yeah, the Shah was an authoritarian that had a strong grip to Iran and didn't wanted any check and balances happen to him, a common dictator. And after the 1979 revolution, Israel delegation building used to housed Palestinian delegation. Also, Imad Mughniyeh who was Hezbollah then military commander was also an ex Fatah that served as PLO Force 17 back then.

Or how Gaddafi's Al-Mathaba cared nothing about ideology after the Cold War. Even some GAM that had no any Marxist thought at all reportedly trained by Gaddafi forces in Libya during the 80s, even before the Cold War ended.

They are for revolution against western world order or establish world order. A revolutionary against the contra revolutionary of western world reactionary.
Found another that went or even allegedly trained by Libya

I need to dig more about it, including about Benin recognition of RMS, maybe back then, not anymore now.
