Kelemahan secara teknisnya gimana?

Orbital inclinațion 0° itu stabil banget. JAdi ada cukup margin of error bilamana ada masalah peluncuran (contoh, Palapa D2) dan juga karna stabil, bila peluncurannya sukses itu satelit hemat propellent nya, jadi misalnya service life nya 15 tahun, masih bisa di extend sampai 20 tahun atau bahkan 25 tahun (walaupun kebangetan sich). Sedangkan kalau di 1°N (apalagi semakin jauh dari 0°) kemungkinan ga cukup propellent nya buat service life extension.

Bukan itu maksudnya. Kalau cuma pertimbangan teknis service life doank ga layak sampai dibelain sewa satelit bodong. Selama service life extension 5 yahun juga ga mungkin dipakai buat jualan layanan yg sifatnya flagship. Paling banter buat jualan layanan tambahan yg tied in ama dagangan utamanya. Udah gitu posisi yg di kejar juga kurang ideal utk kebutuhan HanKam. gitu lho maksudnya

Yg saya herankan itu posisi yg di incer ada apa kok kesannya ngotot di 123°E 0° padahal 1+2+3=6 bukan angka hoky juga, padahal yg bagus khan kita cari yg angkanya kena nya 9 (qiu). Kurang lebih nya begitu lah

Setuju, tender aja. Tp susah jg sih kalo pemerintahnya jg ga melihat ini sebagai spot strategis satelit yg penting utk national security.
Baru aja gosipin ini proyek di warung kopi, entah mana yg bener. Yg pasti buat gw ini jauh lebih penting dari pengadaan 76 fighter sebagai bagian dari IADS, harus ada budget khusus utk proyek satelit ini diluar budget Kemenhan. Semoga saja jargon NCW itu tidak berhenti di perkataan tp jg dilaksanakan secara terukur & terstruktur secara ini jg bagian dari infrastruktur pendukung untuk program strateigs UAV.

But to called off the procurement of Fighter just to saving this project, fuck off. We need more assets on the ground compared to Satellite as we can still borrow or loan our friends assets and use them, but to borrow Fighter?

Welp, I think most of the Gen-Z and Late Millennials already "familiar" with VPN or even anonymity network such as TOR so that won't be a problem lol. The blame is on MCIT thou for unnecessarily blocking anything they want such as Netflix back then or Reddit in this case.

Waduuch waduuch apa lagi itu VPN, anonymity pakai Tor (Onion Routing) segala. Saya browsing segala website termasuk yg isunya diblokir atau dipelototin (whatever) biasa2x aja, ga perlu paka2x begitu2x-an (maklum saya Gen-X gaptek)

i just need to change my ipv4 DNS into either 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 , and you could pretty much open reddit or website that was previously blocked by our generous Ministry of Communication and Information Technology .

no offense dude, i know u're very far from gaptek by definition wkwk, and i'm quite sure i didn't say Gen-X gaptek by any means, u guys were the one that made this thing (internets, etc.) happening in the first place so peace. just pointing out that most of the youngster(which were the main reason for porn/betting-site blocking) would still try to bypass the block, first to access "the not so dangerous website" such as reddit and netflix as i stated before, and then they discover that they can access bokep and judi website now or even buy recreational marijuana by onion, so what kemenkominfo do is kinda backfiring.

Keep in mind internet infrastructure even today is still severely under capacity & coverage to cope with market demand.
