I don't see it happening at least within the framework of the Quad. There is no doubt that we will (or already) joining the Quad, it just under different framework

Yeah, no. We have too many to lose if we join any military alliance. For the time being at least, where every country involved in the region's brouahaha still holding back from pulling the trigger.
